Wide range. You need to push them for better pricing. Speak to the manager if you don't like the salespersons price. They always do better. They're used to people asking for better prices, so don't hold back.
Staff have no idea what they are selling. Perhaps when confirming price over the phone. Ensure that it is still valid by the time we drive 45 mins to purchase the product.
A lot of people no one come to you for helping even you seem lost and looking for something. I got my Osmo 2 and all is good)

They are too busy to assist you and you cannot take the items you want off the shelf yourself to take to the counter and buy. What a joke. When I asked where I could find someone to assist me to get the item I wanted a $150 pair of headphones I was told there isn't anyone to help you we are busy
Bought a TV. Picture quality indicated panel was damaged. Replaced with no hassles. Can't recommend more highly:)

Went to this JB Hi-Fi to buy a new camera was waiting for someone to come over then went to the front desk and ask them if they can get someone to come over went back waited about 5 to 10 minutes then went back up to the counter and ask them again went back and waited 5 minutes and still no 1 come so I left and bought my camera elsewhere
I was very impressed. I was just browsing though out the store. And 3 different staff approached me in different parts of the store. They were polite and knowledgeable about their section of the store. Very helpful.
Poor service.was told by a clerk that he would be rifht with us then had to wait for him to finish a personal conversation before he attended to us.
Chris was most helpful with my tablet and phone. He is very good at his job an asset to his employer. Very much appreciated.
Heaps of great deals and friendly staff. Can be a tad loud in there for those prone to sensory overload
