I really shouldn't have to wait 10+ minutes for a worker to unlock a Xbox controller so I can go to the checkout. I ultimately just ended up leaving because no worker was available.

Great store, and one of the female staff members went above and beyond to help me when I was feeling faint helped me out to the bench and sorted out my purchase too, marvellous service. Thank you so much

Went in to buy a mobile phone which was advertised online at a discounted price. Asked for assistance and they had the phone there that we wanted to buy and the sticker with the discounted price still on it in BIG writing, however when it came time to purchase it, the sales person said its not on sale.arguing the point it still had the discounted price sign on it and on the internet, got me now where and staff weren't wiling to do it at the price they were advertising it for.so Bing Lee got my sale.

The staff were great I had abit of a wait but they were flat out and I had workers asking if I was okay all the time which made me feel like I wasn't forgotten was a good experience

I recently visited JB Hi-Fi in Port Macquarie and was overall pleased with the store. It was nicely presented and had a good selection of products. I went in to buy a phone and the salesman was initially helpful, but quickly became too pushy trying to convince me to buy products I did not need or want. I felt he was more focused on making a sale than helping me find the right product for my needs. Other than that, the store was great and I would recommend it.

I have come back to this store a lot to pick up all sorts of tech such as computers, sound systems, turntables, DJ equipment. But recently have got into collecting vinyls, they have an excellent range of vinyl records and accessories.
Highly recommend having a browse and the friendly staff are always willing to answer any questions. Especially Anthony in the music department.

Can't Go Wrong With Jb, Very Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a wide variety of products. Prices are usually pretty competitive and you can snag some really good deals when sales are on.

Great bargains and they price match. On our visit today waited for someone to serve us, numerous calls were made but no one came even though store was quiet. We left and went to Harvey Norman and purchased a Samsung tablet we were promptly served.

You could wonder aimlessly for half a day and still not get assistance to remove a security device to buy an item. Would recommend just buying off eBay or going to office works just down the road.

This store have always been great in my experience, however I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron for which I'm exceptionally greatful. Aaron's product knowledge, bettered only by his amazing customer service is simply 5/5. To the store, and specifically Aaron, I couldn't ask for more. On top of that, he's just a very decent and honest bloke.

Good range of products the staff didn't seam confident in what their product range was as an example the lady we spoke to just sent us to the section of Samsung tablet covers, I asked her for help on the right size and she just didn't respond so we had to try every one e could open. Meanwhile I'm listening to the guy selling a laptop and I lost count of how many times he said sorry he has to fill in all the paperwork so much so that by the time he tried to sell them Norton 360 the two ladies had no idea if to trust him. In the end while he was on his computer again I just said excuse me ladies but Norton is a solid product and the price they are selling it to you for is cheaper then you would buy it of Norton directly so they said thanks.
5 months ago I wanted to buy a stero reciever to find out both the ones on show had all the extra parts missing the remote and aerial etc as someone had throw them out.
So look, nice enough just lacking in knowledge of their products and the confidence.

Best JB Hi-fi store we have been to. Staff so friendly & helpful, store so clean & tidy, great floor plan. Got what we were looking for and an extra few things. Would highly recommend

Dropped off my notebook for a warranty issue and while it’s inconvenient it is not JB’s fault. I was served by Karen. She was terrific, easy to talk with and knew the routine. No BS or false promises. I’m impressed with the process for any warranty claims. Something I hadn’t seen before but another tick for JB and a big tick for Karen (Kass). She’s a good one.

Unfortunately they were as helpful as I got to expect from staff. They seemed to be just talking to each other and could not get their attention. When one came he was not really interested. I went out and bought my Fitbit from another retailer.

Terrible customer service, was originally speaking to an out the back staff member (I believe his name was Campbell) that I gave all of the relevant information too, I provided my order number which he stated wasn’t in the system (manager was able to find it without issue), placed me on hold without asking multiple times, sat the phone down and walked away without notice on multiple occasions, told me he was going to get a manager then returned without one, tried to argue about their legal obligations to the 12 month consumer law warranty saying they didn’t have to honour it. Once I was speaking with a manager he assured me that if I came in store that my item would be repaired or replaced then when discussing the issue he stated that he hadn’t been given the correct information from the first staff member and that I would actually have to pay $60 to have the item sent away for assessment with no repair or replacement guarantees mid discussing this the line went quite I held for a few minutes before hanging up and calling back just to be told by a front of house staff member that he was now busy with another customer and that I would have to wait for him to be free to call me back (he made no attempt to call me back and I had called them in under 5mins) he returned my call and we discussed further he told me there was nothing they could do except send the item away for assessment and that he gave me the wrong information regarding the repair/return because he was given the wrong information by the first staff member which understandably is not his fault but his staff’s incompetency is not the customers fault. All in all terrible first experience with jb hi-fi port Macquarie, I won’t be shopping here and will advise friends to avoid also. After emailing with Logitech for 3 days, providing a video of the issue and giving them the same information that was given to JB Hi-Fi they agreed that the issue was in fact fully covered by warranty and they have sent a new replacement headset.

Waited for a few minutes to be noticed but unfortunately I am not a well dressed female.
I was ignored at the main service counter by the first bloke, finally to be asked by another bloke what I was after.
After telling him he simply pointed to the front of the store and said, down near the Samsung sign. I spent 5 minutes looking only not to find what I was looking for, or to be asked if I needed assistance.
Won’t be back.
