Staff very helpfull and on the ball, couldn't help me with what I needed but went all out to put me on the right track, well done.

They downsized pretty much everything to do with music. Could have been a corporate decision but still disappointing

Security at door doing Covid 19 safe check in. Established separate entry and exits. Plenty of stock. Large range of gifts available. Store was clean Staff were friendly and efficient.

Went there to buy a cable that i left at home. Store was very busy due to boxing day. Staff were very helpful. Cashier had a long queue, would have given more star if we had more cashiers. Overall, it is a good JB Hi-fi store with any electronic stuff that you need.

Karen approached me very soon after I was looking for a desk top computer - she was most helpful.

Workers are very polite and they know their stuff. Has everything you would go into JB HI-FI looking for and will get your answer to anything you ask.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I received from Andrew his manager Drew and the cashier that looked after me in regards to my purchase. They all were extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. Andrew went over and above with his assistance to ensure that I purchased the correct item for my needs.
If all shops were like this shopping would be a lot more pleasant

There are many items in JB hi-fi. Also, staff are kind and friendly. There are traffic jam, because many customers in the shop.

Hopeless. Sales staff to busy talking and the young person who finally served me had no.product knowledge and wasnt willing to even try to find out

Not bad. Alot to choose from and varietys gotta be in on the deals always shop around someone's it pays to look around it takes 5 minutes

There's only ever one or two people working while the rest of the staff stand around avoiding customers. They advertise price matching but refuse when asked.

The staff are very helpful and can always point us in the right direction, a great range of everything

I come here often and I'm always greeted with a smile. Very helpful staff and wonderful atmosphere. The service is quick and they've always gone out of their way to answer any questions or help in any way.

Great service! Great product knowledge! Patient and helpful. Shop music was a bit loud which made it hard to concentrate on subject.

Staff bend over to try and find out exactly what are customer's needs. That's most important in retail.

Plenty of stock & staff, but just try & get one of them notice you. I stood there for 10 mins while 3 staff faffed about with a customer & didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge me.

I took my mobile phone purchase elsewhere. That's a $400 sale you guys missed out on.

Always a hive of activity this place. Not over crowded. There's not much the staff don't know about there products.
The music was at a comfortable volume. Jesse was the lovely young man who served us.

Just spent $3,000+ on a gaming laptop and accessories. I was on my way to my next contract thus didn't open it until arriving, only to find out that their most expensive gaming laptop, HP Omen doesn't come with a DVD player so you can't watch a movie or download a game off a disk.without an extra external optical dvd drive. I had asked about accessories and they'd sold me a wifi mouse and headphones but their gaming specialist failed to mention the need for an external drive. I work in remote areas of Australia as an RN where the nearest town with an IGA or Coles is a 5 hour drive. So it'll be another week before I'll be able to mail order a DVD drive in.not impressed.

Amazing and dedicated staff. I was helped greatly by one of your staff named Tom (I think it was, he was quite tall, glasses). I was completely clueless and he very patiently talked me through everything, helped me to understand it all. He recommended some great products with confidence and I walked out of there with exactly what I needed. Probably the best help I’ve ever gotten from anyone in customer service. Ever. I’ll be sure to come back and get advice from him again next time I need it:)
