74We brought all our entertainment products here. They had the best prices and I took out an extended warranty for our tv. I'm so glad we did because our screen could not be repaired. JB Hi Fi are now replacing our TV and have excellent customer service. THANK YOU FOR CARE.
Because I t may be expensive but its a mad shop it had everything new and king old there everybody should check it out
These guys need to have a good look at their pricing integrity. I usually research products and pricing, before purchasing. The time I don't and get ripped off. You have Office works next door and charge nearly $50 more for the identical item. I will be back for my price match or I will be returning my unopened product and walking next door. Not good enough!
Went into JB Hi-Fi PMQ this afternoon & asked them to price match a mobile phone - the salesman rather rudely said he wouldn't price match as (according to him) the phone was not "unlocked" - so we went to Big W & the lovely lady there happily price matched the mobile phone, which turns out was definitely "unlocked" - JB Hi-Fi lost out on the sale
Jake would have to be the best service provider in town. He is so patient and obliging nothing is too much trouble particularly with our senior citizens. Cannot praise him enough. Ann Hawke
Was overcharged on special offers. Not finding out til getting home. Told will have to make a costly lengthy trip back there to get my overcharged money returned.
Very happy & helpful staff, they also have some of the best prices on electrical goods in this area.

It was ok however you have to hunt the door greeter to radio someone to come get a set of headphones off a shelf that are locked on a shelf, not behind glass or anything mind you, to then get handed off to a third person who wanted my phone number, this is why I buy online
This store is good for gaming, music and accessories. Tv range is very nice as well. Sometimes it can be hard to get service, so it won't get full stars, but nonetheless my first port of call to chase up a new phone.
Prices are usually compeditive- especially if you push them for a discount on a group of high value items.
Encouraged to hurry up and leave as they were closing in 15 minutes so I left without buying anything
If you can find someone to serve you, they are very nice and helpful but the store is woefully understaffed.
Good choice of equipment and lots of bargains today. Got good knowledgeable advice and bought good headphones.
My husband waited 10 minutes to be served. There was available staff but they ignored him, so they lost a big sale. He went to Office Works & was served immediately
The shop is usually bus. Plenty of knowledgeable staff. Usually has the best price around. There is plenty of parking close to the store. No steps to navigate.
The store is quite large and thus offers quite a large range of products. However, staff service and knowledge here has lacked in my personal experience with them. Staff members were unable to help locate an item in their store which they in fact had in stock, but insisted 'did not exist'.
Just walked through the door and was approached by 2 seperate staff members making sure i found what i was after
The staff are a real credit, helpful even with left field questions. While ultimately they didn't stock quite what I was after, it was great that they were aware of the technology and able to provide suggestions.
As other have noted, as with any JB, ask for a discount when buying.
No staff on, or at least none helpful. Used to shop at a jbhifi in sydney that was amazing, staff were helpful and always avalible. 3 times i have been in this shop and 3 times i have had to litterally hunt for help which couldnt get away fast enough.
