Convenient location if you work or live near by. Jam packed with so many products you're sure to find what you need compared to other larger stores. Parking is somewhat limited as there is a large development going on across the road.

I would have given it a zero star if it was an option, i went to buy a keyboard and despite the packaging being damaged the store manager tried to sell it to me for a price greater than a discounted price. When i asked for a discount she replied in a rude tone and that made me feel really offended. I will make sure that me or my family/ friends never buy anything from this particular store. Pathetic customer service and a non helpful store manager.: (

Very friendly and nice staff! As a returning customer just I got an amazing deal on a laptop! They really know how and what to sell to their customers!

Took a while to get service in evening. Almost walked off to go to JB Hifi in city to purchase $2k+ of electronics.

This store is fairly large, and they recently changed it to reduce their music collection while adding a section for domestic appliances. I've bought computers, tech gear, music, DVDs, and techie toys here and it's a pretty standard JB experience. Just don't assume you can park close by - this is North Sydney!

Couldn't get just one gadget from this place, the staff are really knowledgeable of their products that are really high quality and affordable at the same time!

Staff says "it's not my department" and the person whose department it is nowhere around in that section/department.
This is the scenario on a Thursday afternoon.
Imagine the service on a busy weekend.

Just the Regular stock that you would expect from JB Hi-Fi. The customer service was also as you would expect, which is to say that the stuff mostly know what they're talking about, but quite often you have to find the staff because there aren't enough of them, and they do it pretty basic job I'm making sure you get what you need. It's always a smooth experience however, and one that I would keep going back for for relatively good prices on technology and entertainment.

Little to no customer service. Good products but very over priced. I'd suggest you do your home work before you buy as you will get it cheaper elsewhere.

The staff at this JB HIFI will go out of their way to assist and give you all the information you need on laptops or any electronic product.

Grumpy rude staff at checkout who did not know how to operate their register.

Sales staff attempted to add a detachable surface keyboard to my purchase of a laptop computer. Had no idea what stock was available and did not offer me the option of an entry level model which I asked for.

On a prior visit I walked around for over 30 minutes and could not find the item I wanted it a staff member to help.

Gamers beware! This store consistently doesn't have enough stock on release dates and has not changed this practice within a year or so now. If you pre-order fine no issue but else you will miss out on advertised stock. Store layout is a bit cluttered but staff are friendly and overall pretty helpful.

Another great JB location. They have an experienced team that goes above and beyond to get you what you want at the best price in town!

Solid range of ICT equipment for the pro and average user alike.
The queue for the tills and the shop staff were very quick getting the products from the back.
Only took me 10 mins to purchase. What an absolute service!

I came into the store wanting to buy a Smart Speaker for my living room. I came away from the store with an amazing speaker, at a fantastic price. I want to thank Eric (who, helpfully, is studying Electrical Engineering) for his tremendous assistance in explaining which of the multitude of speakers would be best suited to me. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive one but instead, he helped me decide on one which provided the best bang for buck for me! If you ever need help with buying any electronics, you will do yourself a great service by seeking out Eric the Electrical Engineer.

Generally have most items in stock and you can negotiate on price. Unless it's for high know brands, such as Bose or Apple
