JB Hi-Fi North Sydney reviews
81Great store, a little small but wide selection of products, I buy most of my Blu-ray discs here (ask for Brett if you need anything film related!)
This JB Hifi has survived many transformations of north Sydney and continues to stock more products with great service. Accessories are over priced so shop around but everything else is spot on. Parking is hard so try to use public transport or go on a weekend
Went in to sign up for a phone plan. The service in the aisle, the pay counter and the phone was exceptional. Very happy customer
Lady who assisted us was very helpful. Even though the system wasn't working and we had to go back, when we did go back everything was resolved for us.
Nice shop. Good location. Great variety of electronics, disks, etc. A bit pricey but you can see what you are buying and there is replacement policy but you need to ask about as it depends on product. Friendly staff and they know products. When visiting beware there is no much street parking near by. You may need to lool for parking like Wilsons, etc.
These guys will go out of their way to get you a good deal. I was lucky enough to get a custom spec MacBook Pro for $700 off RRP. They are also genuinely helpful with getting you what you need by taking the time to understand what you're using it for, and not actively up-sell you something.
Despite the guy in phones calling for assistance no one came to offer service. Difficult to get to. Walked out dissatisfied.
Some very good and helpful staff but they need a lot more staff on the floor helping customers particularly at lunchtimes. Most of the shoppers at this time would be on their lunch breaks and don't have a lot of time to spare they just want dungeons to help them, then to purchase their items and leave the store.
Horrible experience with the vendor at the cashier. I asked for some help and questions and he did not knew anything and wasn't bother to help me out. I couldn't believe such an attitude so I left the store. It is a shame because the prices are good enough but the service from that guy at the counter was simply shameless
I was in North Sydney recently and wandered into your store and purchased a camera. I was not returning home to Darwin for a week so the next day I went back asking for help with the Wi Fi app. I cannot speak highly enough of Eric and Hugo. They were very patient with me. They were professional, polite and told me exactly what I needed to know over approx 30 minutes.
Hard to tell the staff from the customers, and so I was waiting too long for someone to help me, but good service and slightly above reasonable price.
I have been to this store a few times and also the Parramatta one. The Parramatta one of definitely better. You see more staff there who could help you. More no of products as well. This is fine as well. You just have to wait if you wish to get help. I don't see much staff here, but you get the same help once you get one of them.
If it is too hard to let the customer try on a Fitbit watch with a different size band (the one in the box of the display model, as each watch comes with two sizes) then why should the customer by in store rather than online if they can't check it fits anyway?
Close to work, the store's a bit of a shambles because of construction but it's still stocked, which is good.
It store was ok, they sold good products but I was looking for a phone charger and it hard to find to right one and as there where not many staff around I couldn't find what I was looking for.
Store is good but the customer service consistently disappoints, there are just never enough people to provide assistance.
I asked the guy behind the counter can you tell me if this cable charges my iPad pro his response, NO I DONT KNOW WHAT IPAD YOU HAVE, I repeated I have an iPad pro, his response again NO I DONT KNOW WHAT IPAD YOU HAVE.thank goodness a helpful employee appeared to help me because the guy behind the counter was ready to let me walk away and shop elsewhere, all he had to do was say please wait one moment I'll get someone to help you.it's not that hard.
Grabbed a Gaming mouse at the end of the day (literally 5min till closing), staff were courteous, didn't rush and provided the discount that the online store was offering. Great experience.
Had maked one price then going to the counter it was $149 the price tag was apparently fir a different product they dont even have on shelf.
