JB Hi-Fi North Sydney

Sales staff and then the manager refused to sell me 3 Nintendo pro controllers because I was using gift cards (with no Nintendo exclusions). They ‘allowed’ the sale of 2 controllers. Strange JB store and strange management that reflects in the customer experience.

Pretty happy with the shop, not the cheapest, but has quality product with a great post-sale support and price matching schema.

Friendly professional staff with deep knowledge of their products who patiently take the time to understand your needs and make sure you get the best outcome.

Poor customer service. Staff don’t communicate with customer. Even I really bought a phone. I felt i was treated like a beggar. I thought JB Hifi is a good company, but I was really disappointed. I think staff treat client differently according to their background

Walked into the store today to pick up my click and collect order and purchase a smart watch. I forgot to ask the name of the boy who assisted me but he was exceptionally polite and helpful. Unlike the other stores, all the staff at North Sydney are just amazing and lovely people. A very happy customer!

JB has very competitive prices on everything electronic, lots of different products to choose from, if you're after a gift for your dad, brother or boyfriend get them a JB gift card they will love it.

Nice selection of stuff, especially cables and movies. Pretty cool and chill staff, always helpful.

The staff was absolutely rude and didn’t help atall. I’ve been to alot of JB Hi-Fi stores and this was my worst experience ever. It really brings down the image of what I thought was an amazing tech shop. Utterly disappointed! Wish I could give minus stars for this experience.

Not a bad place to shop at, quite small so it doesn't have everything, but generally a good place for whatever electronics you're looking for.

Bought phone n probs with it. Noone seems to care when it's only a 1500$ phones. One wasn't opened n other one has sound probs. Can I return the unopened one n pls fix other one. Sounds like I am begging for help as phones were bought 15 may 2022. What do I have to do. Close the damm store right. I want $1500 back as noone wants to tLk.imagine buy S20fe n hope its good phone. Is phone under warranty.

So many staff, yet little to no customer service.
God forbid if you have a backpack or shopping bags in your hands from neighbor stores.
