I asked the man why the CDs all pointed the wrong way and he said they didn't (but they definitely did). I also got lost on my way out and a fridge yelled at me
Manager at cashier had poor customer service. Bought a laptop for my father who was going back home to Asia. After paying realised there was an issue with the receipt and asked for a physical tax invoice so my father could claim the GST when he went back. The guy said they completely ran out of paper receipts! Just use the one we gave you and as expected we got rejected by the TRS and my father lost quite a bit of money. The staff here can be quite unhelpful and are too lazy to make that extra effort. Won't be coming back here.
Good variety, however make sure you ask for their best price as shelf prices seem to be marked up. Staff are very willing to discount.
I've bought quite a few things from this JB branch and it's always been a very nice experience.
I went to Moore Park to buy a TV. I tried to ask about the particular one I was interested in but all he wanted to do was finalise the transaction. He gave it to the cashier while I was still trying to ask questions about others. At the time there was hardly anyone in the shop. Disgraceful behaviour only interested in his commision
Walked in with a bag with gym gear to price something, when leaving I was asked to open my bag as apart of store policy, very offensive and unnecessary. It would have been fair enough if someone was actually seen picking something up! I won't be returning there again.
Today we were there standing at the Microsoft counter for at least 10mins and we actually asked them for help. And the staff said he will come back for us but he never did.not the best customer service that i had normally experienced in other JB hifi stores. That's how you loose your valuable customers as I will not go back to this store again.

Great service and great price beat. I had a change of mind regarding an SD card from the online order, and they not only kindly accepted the return, but also helped me to choose a better card and even price-beat current Harvey Norman promotion - making the price even sweeter. Not to say that this particular JB HiFi has a great selection of items in comparison to other JB shops.
Staff at this store almost seem upset if approached, as if they are being disturbed from sitting around. Appalling service. This store is always last resort, if something is out of stock at the fantastically serviced Harvey Norman store.
I really needed a laptop. I walked in the store at 17: 30 so I had 20minutes to shop. A friendly salesman approached and help me pick the best one for my situation. To my surprise, he gave me the best price possible before I even asked so I could afford it. A huge thanks to him and I love my laptop!
Bought new phone but they gave me defected one. Then they made me to wait for 4 hours to return it. Bad service don't think they know what are they doing.
Wheelchair accessible to a point. Each time I go in there is something else blocking every aisle. I can't even look at games or headphones anymore. Nor can I line up to pay for something because their winding queue contraption is only made for able bods. I end up sitting at the end of the counter like a goober hoping someone will serve me based on where I'd be in the line. Only to get to the counter and I can't even see the service attendant hahaha. They are so high!
Up until today, I hated the concept of a removal of penalty rates. That was until I went to JB Hi-fi Moore Park supa centre.
I was literally one of 2 people in the queue to pay with 5 attendants behind the register.
One poor girl was working as hard as she could while four men looked at me then continued their conversation with the bearded one of the mob was exclaiming in a childish voice "he needs some milk" and then laughed and returned to looking to their phones and talking.
Great service guys. People like you are the reason penalty rates got abolished.
Won't come back again. I'll stick to online purchasing.
