Good service. I called in avance to check if they hace a laptop charger in stock. When I arrived, I didn't have to wait long, they recognised me and gave me a great product.

As always JB HiFi more expensive than competitors.and the same for many years!

We bought multiple big and small ticket items from this store on the 19th of February, and received unparalleled customer service from Brandon at the Moore Park Supa Centre. He went above and beyond his role to source items for us to ensure minimal disruption to our moving plans as a result of stock unavailability. He was very passionate at his job, solution-centric and followed up on his service on the same day with a phone call ensuring we arrive on time at a different store where he secured an item for us. Lastly, his exemplary enthusiasm should be heavily applauded as it is the fundamental reason we are returning to and recommending the Moore Park store to everyone. What an asset to JB Hifi! Give him a promotion already! Thank you again Brandon!

Over priced are usual and since.many years.
Every time I compare something there it is always more expensive than the competitors.
Just try to check one item and you will see by yourself.

Bit store, have most stock but staff are mostly not useful. For the most part the staff are more interested in talking to each other than customers.

JB Hi Fi Supa Centa offers a wide range of stock from tech products from Apple to white goods such as fridges and washing machines. Service good. Parking good and free. Location conveniently just off the motorway.

Lots of good variety products. Staff are mostly helpful and know what they are talking about. You can ask for discounts if you show cheaper deals from elsewhere.

JB HiFi Moore Park is like a one stop shopping venue for all important electrical purchases with a store full of motivated staff who know their products.

Gladys is so good she is my go to person and I have to say I am probably more her customer than JB HiFi’s customer due her helpfulness over many years.

Terrible customer service. The staff stand around talking and do not assist. Then I was sold a powerbank charger that doesn't fast charge as requested and told it would. This is the second time this has happened within 4 months.

Karson IS THE MAN. Comfortably purchased big-ticket TV from him; Polite, sharp, and reasonable.

I knew what product I wanted to buy as I entered the store. It was not a product I could receive myself, and after waiting 15 minutes could not find anyone to help. I just walked out not having bought anything.

Terrible service by floor staff. First guy we asked if he worked there as he was hurrying past and he flashed his lanyard and said “nah, I don’t work here” with a smirk. Not really a necessary response to a customer. Another guy that was walking past said “I can help you” but was a total smart arse as well. All we wanted was a USB adapter, didn’t expect to get served with a side of attitude. Usually the staff at JB are pretty helpful, but I’d go to a different store if you can. This place only seems to hire punks

The Easiest Purchase EVER!

I have been purchasing all my electronics and appliances from JB Hi-Fi for many years. They have competitive prices - warranty that actually is warranty - and the sales people know their stuff.
I wanted to purchase a Panasonic Bread maker, and of course JB Hi_FI- had it in stock - they sent me a link to pay for it and where to pick it up from. The whole process took less than 1hr. In the current Landscape - this was impressive. I need to thank both Michael and Jack for all their help. You guys really stand out in comparison to the other vendors. I shop there, and now my friends also shop there.

The special things about this branch of JB Hi-Fi are their expertise, their honesty and their enthusiasm. There'll be one staff member who's the headphone guy and another who's the camera girl etc and they really know their fields. They'll figure out what you actually need and I've noticed often it's not the most expensive, a sign of honesty and they're pretty friendly too. It's trustworthy helpful place and consistently so.

I've been waiting for almost two months to repair a laptop. They told me it would be ready in less than two weeks.and after two months they don't respond.

This review is to reassure people buying online with this company.
Yes, there was a stuff-up with my order and money came out that shouldn't. BUT.mistakes occur and humans are not perfect. Then it's all about swift communication, understanding and listening to the customer, and resolution.
I was extremely lucky to have Gladys from Moore Park looking after me and taking the time and trouble to both reassure and help resolve the situation.
Also, many thanks to the online side.they responded quickly even though it was apparent that they were inundated.

10/10 JB Hi-Fi.great staff will keep a business going, even in strange times.
I will now go to Moore Park for all my electronics needs when shops reopen and feel safe buying from the online shop.
