The queue line is not long and lots of space and one of my go to JB Hi-Fi
The staff are friendly, although sometimes you have to interrupt their conversation between themselves
Today I went in not sure what I wanted and Aman helped answer every question I had. He was patient with me when I kept changing my mind and helped me at the counter when I was struggling with my application. I was a bit of an airhead today so I am very grateful to be served by someone who listened and didn't rush me.thank you so much Aman.
I love this jbhifi. Bought a tv from here and they did me a great deal a few months ago and today I went in for a new laptop. Staff member named Will helped me and he was an absolute genius. He helped me buy the perfect laptop. I'd highly recommend speaking to him about gaming, laptops, tech etc. Jbhifi also need to give him a pay rise 5 stars.
Spent a few thousand dollars at JB Hifi Moore Park and went to pick up from the pick up loading area and the well built guy who was there refused to fell load the products in the car and told my husband to get me to help. He stood there and just watched while we struggled to load it into the car not because it was heavy but because it was bulky. Dont expect help if you are picking up. When I reported this to the store manager he said it was not the persons job to help just opens the door and point at the items. Not going back. Others have same products and price you can negotiate and will assist
Easy parking, variety of shops although no clothing outlets. Facilities available for a light lunch and a very fresh smell as you wander around outside the shops.
Hands down one of the best JB-Hifi in the whole Sydney area. They not only well furbished, ranging from 20 different coffee machine to mutiple fridges, but also one of the friendliest shops I have been to. The guy that served me (Will) not only knew absolutely everything, impressive btw, but was super friendly and kind, really made me have a great experience.
Went into the store to buy a TV asked for the item to be delivered on Monday. The TV did not arrive on Monday. When called up at the end of the day to ask what is going on was told that the order was not placed.
Please pass my thanks on to Dean. He couldn’t be bothered helping me, and was rude enough that it didn’t seem he’d be able to help anytime soon. So I went to Harvey Norman. Great service there across multiple departments.

Aman was super helpful and attentive, helped us find the products we needed and even made a good suggestive sale for us too. Will make this my JB Hifi of choice as the service is better than others and also a much wider range of products available.
There was a lady who had assisted me today but i forgot to ask for her name, i was looking for a samsung a53 as a gift for my brother and i didnt realize that the item on sale is changing every Thursday. Unfortunately i wasnt able to get it as the price went back to its normal price compare on the discounted price i saw this morning but nevertheless she was so lovely and assisted me on my visit.
Ordered online and initially pending delivery for more than a month, called through and an employee by the name of Kosta picked up- honestly best customer service ever! He was able to resolve my issue and provided helpful tracking info. Give the man a raise!
It's a JB, so you know what to expect - lots of range and staff you have to search for because they're always busy talking to each other.
Great staff that know their products and are lovely with customers. Thanks a million for helping my mum and I with our purchases this morning.

It was the third similar store I visited at the Moore Park Supa Centre today. It was the only one where staff bothered to assist me. And I was looking for microwave ovens and vacuum cleaners, not the products I normally associate with them. Good job, Kate. I completed two purchases easily and confidently.

Have moved into a small one bedroom apartment and was really struggling to find the smallest washing machine ever.
Things didnt go to plan on my part with measurements however Dean resolved the issue effortlessly and in the most professional manner.

A+ Service. After waiting a hour at another big retailer, I called JB Moore Park and had my call answered straight away, was put onto Romeo who knew about the products that I was looking for & was able to assist me in price matching and had everything organised for me in 30 minutes to collect. Was available when I arrive and was personable, respectful and a pleasure to deal with.
I later wanted to change over a product because of the colour and he organised this for me again in advance of my arrival and also order in from another store as the stock in the right colour was not available. I have just had a message the next day telling me the out of stock items are now ready to collect. What a perfect customer experience thanks again Romeo.
Waited 15mins for service to buy a sound bar, then approached the payment desk who then paged staff to help me. I waited 20 minutes, then went to the good guys who had a similar amount of customers in store and served me almost straight away. JBHIFI really need more staff. Its also not fair on the few staff on the floor to be so overworked and stressed with customers constantly asking if they are free when they have several waiting already.
