77 Worst service ever,
Long story short…
Me and my partner went to the store a week ago to buy a fridge and a television…
We have spent 1 hour to understand what’s the best options for us… we ended to buy a television 65’’ And a side by side fridge… (around 3000 in total)
In our way out we noticed a tv with better design and specifics and also better price because display option only.
So we walk back and we asked to change the Television…. Seems to be simple but from here became a funny story…
Firstly instead of refund us for the difference we have been charged again for the television…
We had to speak with 3 people and wait at the store (with me pregnant) dove about 1.5 hours before this was solved and finally refunded.
Ok… ready to go… (we wished) we have been told that the only way to take the television was with not box and not bubble wrap! (insane thinking to carry a 65” like this at our own risk)
So we wait to find a “sane” option, here we go…
Option offered: delay our delivery from Monday (4 days after the purchase) to Thursday (1 week after the purchase) ok… not problem we accepted (event if we have paid an extra for this). On Monday we received a message that our dei very was on the way…. So my partner has requested a day off at work and decided to wait and surprise me… but… surprise! Surprise! We received only the fridge! Yeahhhh…ONLY THE FRIDGE! So we called and we have been told that he television will arrive on Thursday (as scheduled before) ahhh ahhh….
Ok no problem than Thursday arrived… and guess what…!? The delivery was on his way… (we were super exited because we have sold our old one out and we really wanted to have the new television bought a week ago)
Anyway second funny part…
We received one more fridge! Yes one more huge fridge! Of course we didn’t take it… (maybe we needed to take it…as the driver said…and also the invoice received 3 minutes later)
Ok we have been calm and we called again…
The store manager was a bit embarrassed probably not too sure at what to say but he was very positive and he wanted to take responsibility of it so he contacted the warehouse and he told me that we were going to received soon…
After 10 minutes we received a call from the logistics (I think) they wanted to schedule a delivery for next week! (2 weeks after the purchase) we have explained our reason of having the television today…. And we end the call with this guy promise a delivery today…
(not received yet) but the most funny part.
About 10am we received a gift card from them…
($22 dollars) I am a bit confuse now…

Unbelievable
Last Saturday we have received the television but we gust removed from the box and realised that it was broken, it doesn’t turned on.and the screen was female with some colorate lines all around it….
We call and sent the picture.
And they promise a new, it should be delivered today but we are calling right now and none know anything… -. - not to sure what to do…

Had great experience there the asian staff member name Doi (not sure about his correct name) who worked in phone section is better than other jbhifi staff. He was very polite friendly and provide the great customer service.

I purchased a 50inch TV for my 70yr old mother. John was soo patient with us, answered our many many questions. He didn't have what we wanted in stock but find a better product at a very similar price. He also sold me a Macbook Air.
I was very happy with my purchases, John made my mother and I feel like valued customers.
Also the guys in the loading dock were very helpful and attentive when picking up my items.
Best store in sydney and best store manager i have ever seen in any retail store.
She really cares for the customer.
Bring back the music cd's, vinyl and DVD. You're just like the other large home stores with out them.
JBHIFI is always pretty good but big shout out to Jack in the TV bit. Thanks for all the help the TV is great. The delivery guy was a legend to.
Waste of time. Trying to attract someone to help/advise me was a chore. I gave up. Went to the Bondi store and got what I wanted. Guy that helped me was a champ but there were a number of self absorbed boys strutting around the joint.
Have been in store twice this afternoon to buy a computer. First time spent over 30 minutes trying to get served so I left and walked around super centre.second time there were 4 staff members chatting away in computer area not one of them asked if I needed any help even though I was looking at laptops. I guess business must ve so good they can afford to ignore customers
I Have just gone back into Moore Park store again on Sunday. Today I was asked quickly by a salesman if he could help. I stated I was After a Dell computer but not sure which one so he tried to sell me a HP laptop.why did he not listen to me.
Large store with a good range of products. Quick and friendly service. Easy to find parking at Supa Centre for a quick in-and-out purchase.
Great experience first time going to the JB here. Needed a modem /router fast for my nbn connection but at first picked the wrong product myself and the staff pointed it out and got the right product. And it's working very well. Thank you

I got a Microsoft Laptop 3 from Dane, who's knowledgable, patient and genuine. The store provides a friendly vibe and everyone, from the cashier to the security, has smile on their faces. This journey really made my day. Highly recommend JB Moore Park ️

I love the easy parking (it's always easy when there's a roof to access) and the fact that there is just such a wide range of homeware stores to suit your budget. From the cheaper end to the more expensive, if you have the patience you can find the deal. Got a great deal on a Dyson V7 motorhead, only $399 at the Bing Lee store there.
Basically promoting they have no stock of TVs? Staff member was not helpful. Extremely disappointed.
What a great department. I had some headphones that were producing a screeching noise but had gone over the warranty period. I had no luck with the manufacturers, so JB Hi Fi said they would run some tests. The staff seeing that the problem could not be fixed simply replaced my damaged headphones with a brand new equivalent pair. Shout out to Jess, Nathan and Romeo for your incredible help.
Manager Nikkita helped me to find a receipt from over a year ago for my Samsung TV warranty! Scanned it and sent it to me. Many thanks!

Served by Theresa. After going to other electronics stores in the complex, it was nice to be helped by someone so straightforward. Gave the best price and service out of everyone today (22/12/18). I had a problem with my nighthawk modem and I went to replace it - no problem at all excellent service easy got a new one from the IT support there
