63This store is quite good not excellent but ok. It has a good range of products with a very good cd music range. Staff are reasonably friendy and try to provide good service. But like most chain stores they have cut back on staff so its hard to get assistance when needed. As for pricing I have noticed JB Hi-Fi in general can be a little more expensive than other electronic stores but they usually price match.
Typical decent range but staff are clueless and they never deliver what they promise. If you're preordering, for example, you never receive a call to let you know the item is in. Annoying.
Bad Service - Still currently in store and I have been waiting for service for the last 30mins, I have give eye contact to over 3 staff members but every seem to be afraid to ralk to customers in this store more focused on there conversations with there work colleagues.
