Got sold broken products twice. No compensation till I got mad and asked for it. Waste of time and effort. Friendly staff but thats no good if you're not getting a proper product or a sorry on time at the end of the day

Staff were all very helpful. I rang ahead to see if they had what I wanted in stock. They had what I wanted, and when I got there it seems like I got the last one! A happy shopping experience

Called up to look for a product, was told that the product was in store, came in store to be told there wasn't anything. Wasted an hour of my time during a busy Christmas period. They weren't able to do much at all. Very frustrated, no offer to do much besides telling me to leave my details AFTER I've wasted my time. Absolutely deplorable.

Huge selection of electronics. Bought a charger for my daughters apple watch, genuine apple charger about 30% cheaper. Plenty of parking available too

The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine.

I've always had a good experience shopping here, including exchange of faulty goods (fault of manufacturer, not JB Hi-Fi, and staff went out of their way to help sort things out).

I stupidly missed out on buying a ps5 that was in stock but the service was friendly and she gave a good deal for the display TV

Bought a laptop here for click and collect, Pick up was quick and efficent was only there for 2 miutes

unfortunatly when I got home it the laptop DOA (dead on arrivle) I called the store and the manager on duty was able to resolve the issues and orgnise a swap in from a store closer to my house, overall great service thanks!

Can't miss this store, bright yellow paint is classic JB hifi. Great staff working being very attentive to customers browsing in store

Very professional and you can tell that the management in this store really make effort to get this locate COVID-19 safe for safe and customer s.

Be aware this is a smaller store, so make sure it stocks the item before you go in. (Not a complaint, just a tip for those players at home) The staff have always been super friendly and really helpful every time I've visited.

Great convenient store with loads of great advice. Price is exceptional but the range is limited.

Danny is the worst customer service assistant, didn't care about trying to help me today at 14: 10hrs to choose a tablet after i told him I know nothing. He doesn't care about a sale or the customer's & has an arrogant attitude! Danny is only there to get a wage needless to say I'm going elsewhere to buy 2x tablets.

Considers customers offers for new mobile phone s. Top place for buying Samsung phones. Friendly sales people but lack true knowledge about mobile phone camera CMOS design built capabilities limits, how it zooms (5x optical is standard along the board by the CMOS camera kits built to integrate with mobile phone motherboards, same have high megapixel and 5x optical zoom kit on board, some have more than 5x optical using small prisms in between censors and the lens, some also using nice algorithm s via software for removing the noise from the images making less megapixel CMOS camera kit giving sharper pictures, Samsung and iPhones are in this class.)

Big shout out to Keely and her team at the phone counter. Fixing up returns must be the worst part of the job, but the assistance provided to my partner was second to none - this is a team you can rely on.

The super sweet dude (sorry I didn't catch his name) who helped me investigate a potential error (or sneaky upsell) made by my phone service provider deserves a payrise and a promotion! He actually figured out I was given the incorrect model of phone by my provider when I went in to JB to buy a new case, I didn't even realise it was a different model to what I agreed to.lol. He went to a massive effort to check I hadn't been ripped off and also has fabulous customer service skills! Thank you so much whatever your name is, I owe you one!

Staff were excellent and very helpful. If you plan on buying from a JB, I can happily recommend this store.

Came into the shop on a quiet day but had a really hard time engaging any of the multiple staff members. Eventually spoke with three of them and wasn't able to get a clear answer to my question for anyone ("do you stock soundbars? ").

Super helpful staff though they didn’t have cheap alternatives for their wall plugs. If you need cheap wall plugs, go to coles next door.

Great Store. Staff are good to deal with and they have what I need in stock most of the time. Parking can be a bit of a pain on Norton Street but side streets off Marion Street usually are good to find some where to park.

Had to refund a smart light, ended up waiting 30 mins to be told there is one in stock computer wise but cannot find the physical light. Left to go another Jb Hi Fi Store.
