Very helpful staff, always happy to help find a solution for what I need. We came to try out some headphones, but their hygeine policy didnt allow it. The staff member who helped us took them time to break down what we were looking for and gave us some helpful advice and a few options. Will be coming back here again even though it's not my local JB.

Excellent customer service, store is organised and well managed. Luca and Danny were very helpful and their customer service exceeded my expectations.

Ordered online for click and collect. Order was quickly ready for pickup and the collection went smoothly.

Currently standing out side the store trying to send my receipt to the store manager.
Hopefully this makes it easier for him to see.

Levine from Leichhardt JBHIFi is my go to guy. He is always super helpful on the phone and in store, gets things done as promised and follows through with everything. Never a bad experience with Levine or this store! I have been going to them for all my tech questions, upgrades on Telstra plans, devices, gadgets and everything else you can think of. They continue to show excellent knowledge and customer service. Wouldn't go to anyone else!

Super helpful staff, went in to pick up my pre-ordered pixel 4, in that time a new deal had started which saved me $500 compared to the one i planned to use.not advertised on website, only in store.they told me about it and moved me onto it with no questions asked. Great team, highly recommend.

The security guard at the front yesterday had 0 personality. How she works in customer service baffles me. Had the feeling we were then followed around the store by staff, suspecting they thought we were going to steal something. Won’t be going back. 1 staff member in the headphone gaming section was friendly so all the stars are for him.

Although smaller than most JB Hi-Fi outlets this store still carries a huge range. Staff are courteous and friendly.

Got some service when I chucked a tanty. Just wasn't being served with customer service staff saying they had too many people to help first. There is no system and not enough staff. You look around lost hoping you'll get help, but it's so random. I experienced exactly the same in JB hi fi in Hobart so I think it's a management systems problem. The only people who can pay any attention to you are the security guards.

This is the best shop to go to the staff are so friendly and are always ready to help you find what you are looking for like when i go looking for cds they always help me find the ones i want and always have specials on

Retail staff aren't the way they should be so dull and boring and not helpful they just point at the place and they tell you it's there, like I'm asking for assistance about the product help, then the check out counter is even funnier, it's completely robotic, is that all, ok it's this much $$$ oh is it American Express oh yes there is a surcharge with that, I guess why people do online shopping these days.

Sales person waved a magic wand and made a smart watch start functioning like it was advertised to do. Why didn't it work when I was at home? Maybe the watch missed the mothership.

Quick, friendly service. Convenient having an electronics seller in an eating district, so I could make my purchase after having lunch and not needing to drive elsewhere (I have a toddler who gets agitated if moved in and out of the car too many times in one day)

Nothing makes me want to buy online more than dodging multiple upsales in a single transaction. Why not just pay your sales people proper wages and do away with commissions all together?

I love this location, it's smaller than other JB locations but still offers a fantastic range of games, DVDs, game consoles and accessories by the truckful. I will do a vast majority of my gaming shopping at Leichhardt pretty much every year. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks JB Leichhardt for making all my shopping experiences easy and fast.

A well established and stocked JB Hi-Fi. Helpful and considerate staff, even at busy times. Street access to speed entry. Soul/R&B section rather small.

JB in norton st is not as big as their usual outlets but customer service is second to none. Stuff here is knowledgeable, helpful but never over the top or trying to make a sale at all costs.

Always a pleasure to come here. Decent Selection of CDs and DVDs. Staff are friendly as always and would go out of their way to help. Definitely give this place a visit if you need to find music or movies that are difficult to find elsewhere.

At the end of the day it's just another JB Hi-Fi but at this one the staff were particularly nice and helpful. Which I think is the most important thing.
