I've found staff to always be friendly and knowledgeable.
Also very helpful if I ever had a problem with my any purchase

Services are excellent in this store, I have bought a nbn phone here but unfortunately not compatible with my modum, I return the product got a refund without any questions.

The guy who 'served' me was in tracksuit pants and just couldn't be bothered. The security person at the door also coughed in my face without covering his mouth. All in all a terrible experience.

One of the best customer service JB HiFi stores I've been to. Model store for training videos. All staff were friendly and helpful, security staff was also very friendly and helpful.

There is no dedicated parking for the store which makes it a bit trickier to visit but the service and stock range makes up for that

Staff were super friendly over the phone and in store. Had a nice experience coming in where staff greeted and acknowledged their customers. Probably best jb hi fi store I've been to that I can recall.

Only flipside is that I wish they had a dedicated customer carpark so you don't need to park at the busy plaza.

I am always reluctant to write a review of a branch store of a very large business. By its very nature and opening hours, and changes in staff both short and longer term, experiences there can vary significantly. I do not want to mislead.

JB Leichhardt is a smaller JB store. That said, compared to old department stores the range is remarkable. For my interests in DVDs, CDs, cameras, headphones, radios, computing (indeed closer to "Hi Fi" overall) it suits me more than fine and I don't miss a stock of kettles and shavers and whatnot. The store also seems to curate their relatively smaller range compared to other JB stores to the better models/products; and they will "get things in" of course.

I have shopped here regularly since the store opened, and whilst I cannot tell you that this is the invariable experience over near 20 years, the staff have adopted - absorbed - more of a local store attitude and approach to customers. Being a smaller JB store probably contributed to that. Politeness and a smile, and a return of greeting from the regular security person, politeness, interest, product knowledge and a friendly attitude from the staff which definitely feels genuine, not scripted.

Today I suggested a small change that would be more dementia-friendly for relevant customers, and it was immediately acted upon. So time to write a review pertaining to a very large business, but where you can find a local store attitude.

Located mid Norton Street in Leichhardt.
Always found Helpful and Friendly staff there. Good variety of electronic products and entertainment items.
Open 7days. Ask them for a deal and see what you can get?

This team struggles to put a tv on a pallet to be shipped out. My current eta is 366% behind schedule and counting.

No point calling or emailing as you get a copy and paste response.

The best JBHI, the staff are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!

And most wore masks, which was appreciated.

Witnessed bullying between staff members at the counter, very uncomfortable, totally unacceptable in any contex!

Nice selection at decent prices. Music is awful. I'm not buying meth or leather pants. Turn that noise off.

Good store however on occasions it's so busy it's difficult to speak to a staff member. Also some new products take a little longer to get to the store, obviously JB HIFI must prioritize the larger stores like Macquarie centre

I was ignored and kept waiting for 20 minutes before I had to chase a staff member down for help. I was spoke to in a short and rude fashion with no helpful answers. Poor service I will not be shopping at this store again.

Massive lines of customers. Need more staff. Went to broadway instead and served straight away. Not blaming front line staff - store manager take notice!

Waited for 10minutes for someones help. They are too busy looking at their computer screens. No ones willing to help. Just makes you to wait. Decided to just walk out and go somewhere else where they are more willing to help with products. Will never ever return to this store… very disappointing

Super friendly staff. Thanks Dylan helped me called a lot of stores to find the phone i want, appreciate ur effort! Store is big and spacous and clean.

Tho when we called to stores to check stock availability few times was told store is busy and they will call back but waited 2 hrs no call back received. But glad we go there in person.

Great store, plenty of options to choose from to suit all budgets, staff are helpful & knowledgeable. Parking can be difficult sometimes though.

Very bad experience, they refused to do Telstra plan. When the guy suggested me I decided to go for outright purchase. I am Telstra customer for years, even Telstra said to me many times loyal customer. The staff don't know the stocks of mobile handsets? The handset was on backorder. Kylee from their customer service team rang me and asked me to come back, when I went back second time, my order wasn't even booked in the system. Unfortunately, I had to take refund.

The staff, like all Jbhi are well trained. They run you through the blurb to ensure you understand the fair conditions.

Wanting to buy earbuds for my phone, waited for staff 20 minutes for help, bad service, walked out not happy.
