JB Hi-Fi Kotara Homemaker Centre reviews
65Was ok. The salesman tried to up sell me a product. About x4 as much, as the one i bought. Did same job i wanted.
Absolutely piss poor effort! Why management should never reprimand staff in front of customers! Store manager needs to do a business degree to find out how to handle things! Next sales staff keep leaving you to try to scab another sale from the next walking in customer. This is because jbhi gives commission based incentive to sales staff BUT LISTEN the thing here is your abandoning the customer you have in front of you. Pathetic!
This store at Kotara, is the funest JB HIFI I've ever been to
Not only are they super helpful, they genuinely care that you get the best possible product.
And Chantel, Kristen and Roast, are such a cool team.
You need to double their wages,
Seriously. Give them a pay rise, because they give your store, such a great vibe, and they do know what they are talking about.
Thanks heaps.
Went in to purchase a new multimedia player and speakers for my car. I browsed the range for 30min and no one who walked past asked if I needed help and when I did ask someone they replied with “ this isn’t my area, you’ll need to ask someone else”. As I walked out of the building, everyone was having a chat at the front doors.
I only get one day off a fortnight and don’t have the time to go from store to store finding someone to help.
Have used JB for many years but after todays phone conversation with one of your sales guys that may change.
Did my research online and bought a GoPro fusion via JB's click and collect. Paid full retail $999. The click and collect process was quick and efficient as we were on a deadline to use the camera. The next day discovered the camera had no memory cards supplied with it. A bit disappointed as GoPro stated that they supplied with 2x 32gb memory cards for the same price. (other online retailers were up to $100 cheaper.) Rang JB's to enquire and was advised that this was only via GoPro direct and that I 'should have interacted with a salesperson'. Asked if JB could do anything as I had paid full retail price. Was then advised that I could return for a refund if I wasn't happy and could go buy off GoPro.
. Could not believe that a bricks and mortar retailer would tell me to return a thousand dollar item and go buy online.i am stil in shock 2 days later. Hence this review. I have since gone and bought the 2 memory cards ($70). Still cannot believe that you can alienate a customer so easily over $70 or less! Is it any wonder that online retailers are winning business from traditional stores when the customer service experience is so bad.
