Very busy; but I was trying to buy an Air Conditioner.
Managed to buy it despite the boxing Day crowds

Friendly helpful staff and a well stocked store, just what I needed for Christmas shopping.

The girl with the blonde hair that served me this afternoon was an absolute gem. Her service was phenomenal, she was lovely and I felt like I could sit there and speak with her for hours. I never feel like that with anyone is customer service - she was great! *She would remember me as the guy that bought Taylor Swift vinyls*

Always a great experience, recently bought a new washer, dryer and coffee machine, it's just the little things that make me come back, we were talking about the washer and dryer and the questions he asked about our household were brilliant and helped us make a fantastic and informed decision

Good use of room for their displays. Better to go in with an idea of what you are after otherwise you can be easily talked into spending more then you intended.

Great place to shop in the staff was very helpful and willing to help you in any of your questions about different electrical

A great range of electronics, accessories and white goods. Always a friendly team member near by to assist.

Came in on a quiet afternoon and found almost all staff standing around chatting/looking at their phones/computers. Half the staff members don’t even wear a uniform or badge. I asked if they would match the price on a doorbell that is old stock and they refused because it cannot be ordered from the Bunnings website any more as it is out of stock. Really poor experience

I visited the Home store today, researching sound bars. Not many customers there, matched by a perceived lack of staff interest in older visitors.

After having trouble at JB hi-fi Greenhills, they didn't have the phone I wanted, and couldn't tell me how to get the phone that I specifically wanted, I called JB hi-fi at Korora Homemaker Centre, and received nothing but great customer service from Ranado who had my phone in stock and said come in. I jumped in the car and drove straight there, Aaron was amazing. He did everything you expect from a phone guy and more, explained all the deals, found us the best deal and sorted everything so smoothly and so quickly, we migrated to a different network and fixed up all our accounts so seamlessly. He knows exactly exactly what he's talking about and exactly what he is selling. Aaron will remain our go to phone guy from now on. Can't recommend this team enough. There's no need to go anywhere else.

For those who may not have visited this site previously this store is away from other retail outlets which makes it easier for parking & the general movement of shoppers. A good store to go to if you are supporting a person who may find it difficult handling crowds etc. This store like a lot of JB Hi Fi stores is jammed packed with products which may impact on people using wheel chairs or walking frames etc. But like other JB Hi Fi stores staff are very helpful & pricing is competitive

Went in to look at and buy ear pods, had a nice young fella discuss and explain the difference in the products we wanted, after we decided to get the blue Jabra elite active 65t we went looking for service and found a guy who was more interested in servicing a "health check" on out telstra mobile plans then anything else. After he said he would go get our product he again was pushing for an extended warranty inclusion. Wasn't until we got out and unboxed we discovered in all his haste he had actually "sold" us a black coloured elite 65t.different product.
Maybe have the staff take some more time listening to customers and their requests then pushing personal goals and agendas.

Went in at 5: 15pm on Tuesday afternoon this week to buy a Nutribullet (to replace ours that had broken after 7 years of everyday use). I had to write a review as received such lovely service from Claire (not sure of spelling, may be Clare) - she was just wonderful and enthusiastically helped me choose a replacement machine (actually got a Ninja instead on her recommendation and I'm super happy with it). Claire was bright, happy and sincere and is a pleasure to deal with:)

After a random DVI cable and the bloke in the IT section helped me out. Was able to deliver my project in time while on the road due to him. Thank you.

Still the best place to go if you're buying cd's. These guys literally tracked the last copy left in australia in one of their melbourne stores and had it sent up at no extra charge. Always helpful and knowledgeable with their products

This place is to Consumer Electronics what Bunnings is to DIY. I don't come here often because I know when I do I just never leave. Every time I have come here looking for a solution to do with electronics, they have it. The staff are always helpful and friendly

Same as every other JB hi Fi.security woman was nice.always terrible music instore, in every store. I only go there because they usually have good choice in products.
