Can not thank the staff here enough, offered sound advice regarding phone plans to maximise the value of my money. As I use my phone as a hotspot for my laptop taking advantage to JB hifi's $49 for 80gb telstra plan will allow me more freedom when researching for assignments for only $4 on top of my previous plan with twitch the data. Jb hi fi telasta plans offer you more for less when compared to the original telstra plans.

I did not feel as welcomed. Went to the store and did not feel as welcome at all. The staff are very cranky they weren’t a team at all, there are 2 guys who served me in the microsoft laptops (was aiming to get a laptop case), the 1st guy was okay to me but another guy came and started lecturing the 1st guy employee in a very aggressive and started holding and played the laptops to demonstrate his point.
I even said “thank you” to them and no smile or reply back?

Point is, improve your customer service+employee professionalism.

It was really difficult to get a staff members attention and we felt pretty rushed through. Despite this, there are a good range of products.

In the last 3 months I have bought 4 new mobile phones for family members and today a Garmin smart watch from JB hifi Kotara homemakers. I keep going back because the staff are very knowledgeable in their particular sections and they have beaten any other competitors price by a good margin. The staff have been great on all occasions.

Service was so slow, their stock counts are wrong so we wasted 30mins waiting for them to find an empty box.

I think I'll stick to the Charlestown store.

Good service, didn't have what I was after. Checked to find our if any coming in or available overseas. Also provided cost as per exchange rate.

Always seem to be staff around politely asking for assistance. They are knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to double check whether the product choice matches your requirements. Good gear.

Staff were kind and helpful, and really provided me with plenty of information and options each time I’ve shopped! Really grateful for their help in tracking down the products I wanted!

Went in there to get hard drive staff not helpful at all don't even want to give their time as your talking to them about a product u want to buy the guy turned to his basket and started putting on the shelf could not even recommended another work colleague to help

Got an s20 from this store, the salesman harassed me about plans and a screen protector relentlessly for $50.turns out to be absolute trash. Probably cant even get a refund. Will never shop here again.

This store lied to me.

Went in Thursday night 13/2. Asked for a MacBook Air charger MagSafe 1 45W. She sold me a MagSafe 2 adaptor which doesn’t fit my laptop as it’s older. She told me the MagSafe 1 adaptor had been packed I’m a MagSafe 2 box and was repackaged. Yes it had been repackaged but it still was a MagSafe 2. Not what I asked for. She lied to get me to buy a returned item.

The staff at the Kotara Homemaker Store have absolutely zero knowledge of the product they're selling. My question to the staff member was, "Is the Boom 3 speaker suitable to use on a desktop computer that doesn't have bluetooth? ". JB Staff answer, "Yeah sure it will. The model down wont but this model does. You just need a speaker cable to connect it". I purchased recommended cable, got to back work and the Boom 3 speaker has no connection port for the recommended cable and it will only connect via bluetooth. JB Kotara Homemaker, your staff are morons!

Good stock and had what I wanted. However I'll be shopping at either Charlestown or Glendale JB instead for now on. Staff here are more than unhelpful, but the staff at those other locations have always been helpful and provided a good amount of knowledge. Unlike this store.

More security guards than employees. Don't bother going here if you need anything you can't get directly off the shelves. After 15 minutes I couldn't find down anyone who could help

JB-Hifi is my go to shop. This one in particular stands out for me for its stock variety. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable on their products and will always go above and beyond to ensure you’re satisfied with your sale. Store is tidy and easy to navigate around.

Amazing customer service, the staff were helpful from the minute we entered the store. I highly recommend going to JB Hi-Fi Kotara Homemakers.

I have nothing but positive feedback to offer this JB-HIFI store. Selling & buying stuff is easy.it's fun & exciting. But what happens when it turns to tears and the product you bought doesn't (or stops) working the way you want it to. THAT's the test of a good store with good management and TRUE customer focus. Even though I have had a couple of items that I needed to return because they weren't 'what was on the box', I still wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store for the way they handled those situations. They have turned a potential bad situation into a positive experience and won a permanent customer along the way. I will be back (with my money) & would recommend anyone else to as well!

This is the best JB Hi-Fi in Newcastle. Everyone is so helpful and go out of their way to get you what you came for. I would recommend just coming here since Glendale and Charlestown usually send you to them anyway.
