Staff hard to get help from and I use this store regularly. The only reason I visit this store is they have stock or I would go here but to another store. Seems like what they don’t know they make up and that’s if you can find someone.

Hardly any customers but still slooooow service. Staff chatting in groups ignoring the few customers who were there.

Super-close parking, friendly staff were quick to say hello and offer to help find stuff. Found our Top Gear dvds quickly and didn't need to wait long at the checkout.

I love jb hifi. We are lucky to have 2 stores close to each other here in Newcastle. As I've recently got back into vinyl, jb hifi are the only place to get my records if I want them right away. I just wish the prices weren't so high for stuff that we can buy on CD for less then half the price. It's not like records are a new thing. Just a resurgence of the younger generation finding how good records sound.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Larger range of demo stock compared to other stores in the area, same with stock on hand.

Went to buy a Nikon D750 camera a few weeks ago and the salesman gave me a "discounted" price but he refused to give me a pen and a piece of paper to write his quote down, then showed me attitude and said that I am only shopping around and not buying (so if this A. H.is paying 3000 dollars for a product, he would not shop around!). Just walked across to the Domayne Kotara, friendly service, got it for 50 dollars cheaper plus 1 year interest free.

They have a large amount of products, they match prices, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Can't fault them.

Familiar layout to my local and not as busy as Charlestown. Staff were pleasant and good for sharing a lame joke or two.

In typical JB hi-fi fashion you can pretty much find any electronic that you can wish for in there at reasonable prices too. They have an awesome games, music, DVD section too.

Great deals brought a new washing machine and msi gaming laptop and couldn't be happier with the next day delivery and at a great price

I drive down from in a Bay to go to JB Hi-Fi and they have never disappointed me I have always found what I needed and if I couldn't find it they got it in for me the staff are friendly and the price is reasonable

Sold incorrect item and had to explain myself for half an hour to get a refund as the correct product was never available.

Great selection of electronics, home entertainment & white goods. Plenty of parking. The staff on the white goods section were helpful.

Walked in, found what I was after, paid for it and was out in less than 5 minutes. Reason for this was I researched on their website, decided what I was after, went to the store, was approached by a friendly staff member asking if they could help, shown the correct area, found immediately the item I was after and served by another friendly staff member at the checkout. Great range, competitive prices and a great service team.

Vast selection on stock. Very friendly service with knowledge on products. Happy to go back there again if needing any electronics.

Had bad luck with two toasters buggering up but had nothing but great friendly service from Chris and the team to come up with a replacement product in the end well done can only thoroughly recommend this great store for value and customer service

This is a pretty good store, the staff can be a bit slow/irritating though, the security people are friendly though
