Awesome customer support, great warranty- no questions asked. Sales staff are very helpful with any queries you may have. Best thing is, they do price match. Can't think of anywhere else to go for electronics.
It was a visit over warranty & the service lady was polite & helpful. It wasn't there fault but a manufacturing issue & they were quick to give me a card to the value of the purchase.
David is absolutely the best salesperson you’ll ever meet! He’s helped me and my husband for years. He’s a fountain of knowledge, especially on cameras and headphones. And he won’t upsell products for the commission. He’s the reason we’d never go elsewhere!
It's a JB Hi-Fi. What else is there to say. If you're from overseas it's by far and away the premier electronics and media store in Australia. Like Best Buy if you're from the states.
Big store with 2 different entries. Friendly and professional staff. Staff get busy so you might need to go after them.
