Great experience here as always. The staff are friendly and eager to help. Even though the item I wanted wasn’t in stock, staff went out of their way to check stock in other stores.

Wow, what a great experience. I was immediately helped to find the right product, and was able to pay the clerk directly instead of waiting in a queue. Faster than shopping online!

Good location but typical JBHifi, horrible store music, no bargains. Miss the old Jbhifi when prices were so much lower than Harvey Norman. Store always has a damp smell too.

Busy location with good service. Not 5* purely because some other locations have a better layout and I think it also lacks some product ranges.

Busy JB Hi-Fi located in the basement of Strand Arcade and specialising in music, videos and computer games, but with a limited stock of standard technology such as phones, printers, tablets, computers and the like. I popped in for printer ink, but they had sold out my particular brand, so I headed of to the largerJB Hi-Fi in Sydney Westfield which always has stock of most computer supplies.

David helped me out 15min before closing time with a mobile Polaroid printer. I actually waited for him because I overheard how helpful he was with another customer. I appreciate honesty when buying expensive items (and not so expensive items) - but David was also happy and enthusiastic throughout. Great customer service - thanks David, you absolute LEGEND!

Unique little basement store always bustling and like all JB's has a range of staff from competent to enthusiast, always a decent shopping experience.

Not sure of the employees that helped me, but I had a few issues after buying in-ear headphones at the Bondi store that were swiftly fixed and refunded at this store

I had a really poor customer service experience on 11/11 that left me wait at least 30 mins due to a transaction error the staff at the counter made. Senior staffs worked on correcting it and I was credited for my wait. I was happy with the credit so am left feeling quite satisfied.

I wish I got her name, but the woman working in the games section today at around 615pm was fantastic. Amazing help with even the smallest thing of looking for a decent mousepad. That’s service above any of the discounts or specials that will keep me coming back.

Always find this store very good and staff are friendly and keen to help. Even if it is not much they try to apply discount to make customers feel good and being looked after.

Great store. Fine location. Staff mostly good. You do get the occasional bit of attitude from some staff persons. Doesn't have as much variety as TGV store I find.

When I moved to Sydney I kitted out my man cave from this store. They were flexible on price and helpful with recommendations. The service is also always friendly.

I walked to the store looking for a keyboard and met Arthur!
What a guy! He knew so much about the keyboards and gaming items in general! Ended up buying the Corsair k95.

Excellent customer service by Matt. We needed to purchase a gaming headset with noise canceling for our son. Matt spent time with us and shared his knowledge so we could make an informed purchase. Matt deserves a pay rise.

JB with a worst after service experience.

Every time you go there with a faulty item or to replace an unopen item the sales people treat you like you are a criminal. Let you wait more than 20-30 mins and always make everything hardest for the customer.

Sometimes they even ask you to email the digital copy receipts back to their strandarcade email address, what is the point of digital copies if you need to keep forwarding them back to jb email when the receipt is already saved in customer account or they can easily look up the order numbers in their system!

Not planning to go there again to buy due to their after service support.
