I have found these guys absolutely shocking. Very unprofessional service. Don't even consider having these guys manage your properties. Honestly a bunch of amatures. Shop around, you will find cheaper and far more organised. They appear to be ok, until all the wheels start to fall off.

I ordered a car park remote for access to the company car park from my building manager back last November. I still could not get the car park remote simply because the responsible staff has not raised an invoice for the remote for me to pay, so I could not pay and thus pick up and get the remote. Emailed and phoned repeatedly since one month ago and no one has given me any respond yet, at all! I do not understand what makes it that hard to respond to a customer in great need and if that is your company's understanding in customer service and you keep standing for it, I will keep my mouth shut!

Began well but as the company grew, the service diminished. They are openly hostile to their own unit holders. Avoid!

Poor service, I emailed them 50 days ago regards to property's problem, till now they haven't solved yet. They never replied the email and phone calls. Do yourself a favour, don't use their service and change the strata straight away!

Do yourself a favour, don't use these guys, or change strata companies ASAP. Jamesons do not answer their phones, ever, and they never return your calls. I'm pretty sure they either don't turn up on Fridays or go home at lunch time, maybe even at breakfast. Weeks and weeks of leaving messages results in the sound of crickets. They price gouge and provide no service, so they will probably continue to expand. Save yourself from the Jamesons headache.

Strata issues can be stressful and confusing at the best of times - our previous strata company provided no support what so ever - the word useless springs to mind.so was a huge relief to find the Jamesons team take the time and initiative to make sure the interests of the building and its owners were put first, and issues are resolved as calmly and fairly as possible. Can definitely see it's a family-run business.

The lack of service from this company is completely unacceptable. I have a matter that they promised to deal with four years ago, and it is still not dealt with and has led to far more serious problems. Do not use this company if you are looking for service. Sincerely,

These guys are professional, smart and they know what they're talking about.

Jamiesons have consistently let down our strata. We've had 4 different managers within Jamiesons over the 10 years and I would only recommend one of them. They unnecessarily take sides and provide inaccurate information. This costs the committee significant money and time in rectifying. Not only this, their fees are high to begin with, yet they also charge additional fees to read committee emails and receive phone calls. If you're looking for a new strata manager, go elsewhere
