Bill Clarke from Jamesons has managed our strata building in Cremorne for many years. He has always been very prompt in responding to the many matters we raise with him and generally resolves most problems quickly. He has a very comprehensive knowledge of strata law and gives good advice.

John Walker has been the strata manager of our block since we purchased in 2006. John is an absolutely amazing person to deal with, he is a wealth of knowledge & has incredible experience. We have never had an issue that John cannot resolve. Two lots in our block have had flooding problems over the past few years due to lack of maintenance of the drainage area by the local council. As I was unable to get assistance from council to fix this problem, I turned to Jonathan Cheng for assistance.
Jonathan has been exceptional assisting me and has confirmation from council there will be scheduled regular maintenance and changes in some drainage positioning. The matter hasn’t been resolved, but Jonathan keeps pursuing a permanent resolution, and to get to this point of a resolution is an accomplishment.
Also, with the recent rain experiences, a few building problems have arisen and Jonathan has been very quick to engage the required services. I have to say thank you very much to Jonathan and all he has been doing.

John Walker from Jamesons has been our strata manager for over 10 years and I’ve only ever found him to be professional and helpful. Recently our building went through a very costly and time consuming fire order from Sydney Council. John was amazing at co-ordinating the whole project which took over 3 years and ensured that we stuck to the timeline we needed without receiving a penalty. This was an exceptionally stressful situation as a property owner, however was made easier due to the high level of involvement from John and the Jamesons team.

I have been the chairman of Strata Plan 14172 since 1980. During most of this period Jamesons have been the managers and there have been only three strata managers employed on SP14172 on behalf of Jamesons. This speaks well for Jamesons and for the quality of the strata managers they employ. I have never once had a reason to complain.

Sharon Pogson has been a pleasure to deal with for many years. Nothing is too much trouble for Sharon, she is an outstanding Executive Assistant who always follows up and supports with detailed issues. She is professional and always helpful.
