Our Strata Manager is John Sacre. Often Strata Managers, via past experience, pay little attention to the concerns of owners or act with little urgency.
John has been excellent for us. His advice has been accurate and timely. He communicates very well with our Strata committee and he also is open to discuss issues with us where we might consider his non-involvement would be quite understandable. Yet he is always ready to meet an advise. I am sure that I could say on behalf of the Strata Committee that we treasure his input. He is the type of Manager that has you recommending Jamesons to owners from other Strata Managers who also seek satisfaction for the manner in which their needs are met.

Thanks to Jason, Shweta and the team who helped us arrange a serious of thing before we moved in. The people there are nice and helpful.

Hopeless. They changed our strata manager 4 times in 7 months. We had a good one but she went on leave then they kept giving us temporary ones. Then they gave us a junior who doesn’t know anything. My clients also have Jamesons as their strata company and said the same. Their strata manager changes every 6 months. Also good luck trying to reach strata manager. It always goes to voicemail and no one calls you back.
