Kim Arenson is a TAX GODDESS, who persevered through my extreme skepticism over income averaging, explaining everything in a way that financially-illiterate-me could understand, and convincing me it would be lucrative. It was!

Frustrating you have to chase them up, otherwise they'll leave you waiting for weeks with no news. Told I didn't send them my deductions even though I did, which meant more weeks of waiting with no news.
