I loved working with these guys.i work for the VFX business and these people really know what my work expenses mean to me.i have had unsatisfactory experiences with previous tax agents that dont understand that multimedia artists need to invest on workstations for their daily work. I didnt have any issues explaining that my workstions are used for work. Kim, Saul and his team has been very professional and swift when there was a special request. These guys are worth the money you pay for their services. I will definitely go back to them and I have already recommended a lot of my mates. 6/5 stars

Be careful, fake positive reviews! They are the worst accountants in Sydeny if not NSW. After paying thousands, they made huge mistakes that are costing me a lot now and they were so rude and did not want to fix their mistakes. Stay away from these people!

Kim went through years of tax returns and submitted a successful application for income averaging which worked out wonderfully. Alex has also been overseeing my last two years returns at In The Picture. With a lot of hesitancy I moved from another tax agent and it did take me awhile to get used to the way ITP work, with their different departments and personnel. But overall I'm very pleased with the work In The Picture does and I'm enjoying not having to think so much about sorting out taxes.

Kim was extremely patient and accomodating over the course of my tax return. She was always available and did everything in her power to make my experience with In the Picture smooth and stress free.

These guys sorted out my income average, which was super helpful.

After that I guess I didn't earn enough money to be of any interest to them. Always chasing for help and often being ignored in my requests, or being given advice as if I should've already know about the intricacies of tax law.

My last return came with the advice "Oh we could've saved you $25,000 if you'd talked to us earlier. " I know they failed to file a friend's documents that lost them almost $30,000 in COVID relief funds.

Left and joined another provider. When I asked for last years files, they informed me they could no longer access them. When I pointed out there's a legal requirement to save my files for 5 years, they were suddenly able to produce them. Incredibly unprofessional way to end the relationship.

The worst accountants I have dealt with. 5 years of service and takes about 10 emails and roughly 3-4 months for a reply. When you call them, they are just full of excuses. Why did I stay with them? I just didn't have the time to find another. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
