I was recommended In The Picture by a friend. Saul and Kim have worked with everything I could provide for them and they have achieved a wonderful result. The process was hastle free and straight forward, with all questions I had answered quickly and with great care. I look forward to working with them again.

My initial experiences were very positive. However, after several years it seemed my business was taken for granted. There was very little human communication - it became an automated accounting response. This resulted in an extremely distressing and expensive outcome. I would not recommend this firm.

UPDATE in response: The email was sent by a human 24 hours before the deadline for a huge payment in June 2022. The human who sent the email got a bounceback to say I was away on annual leave, and didn’t text or call, despite this instruction being on the bounceback email. This omission and sheer disregard has left me in a parlous financial situation - one which was NOT picked up by anyone for almost a year and a half. At a time when I was living with a dynamic disability and a brain injury. So yes, I object to the lack of human comunication over those 18 months to resolve this issue. Merry Christmas.

Very poor service. Could not answer some questions I had and came to our meeting completely unprepared. They did my partner's and my tax and despite being given the same data managed to produce different results for the two of us.

In The Picture is a superb accounting and financial service giving great advice beyond what I imagined I needed and wanted. Kim's expertise on income averaging was thorough and fruitful. I highly recommend Kim and ITP.
