Unfortunately not a great experience. First not giving me the right advise regarding a capital gains calculation when I had to decide which year to push a sale into and costing me a large amount in additional tax. Then misplacing my trust deed 1 year later and taking no accountability. While once upon a time I think they were great, Saul has lost the reigns on the team and they all work sloppily knowing there is no consequences. Shame to see a business deteriorate like this.

If you make one sensible financial decision, then make In The Picture your choice of accountants!
I've been working with Kim from In The Picture for years now and the relationship has brought me relief, solid refunds, and a great ear for any questions I might have about my tax and business set up options.
Kim is an inspiring accountant who really gets creatives and understands that numbers are not really our thing!
You can just hand over, no matter how messy your receipts and accounting system is and she will work it out.
I'd be in total chaos without her, and with her, I have clarity and security.
Call Kim, she will change your life. Ask her about income averaging, that will REALLY change your life if you're a job-to-job freelancer!

NOT recommended at all. You are better of with the 79 tax returns from the shopping center. Unprofessional, non responsive and no accountability for errors.

The worst tax accountants I have ever come across I do NOT recommend them at all. The lack of experience, care and attention to detail is just unbelievable.

Kim was great. My income averaging took over two years for the ATO to process, and she was consistent and patient and got me a good result.

Kim Arenson is a magician. I had never heard of Income Averaging before she told me about it, and I was absolutely floored by the amount I got back. I've have been with In The Picture for two years after a number of people in the media mentioned them to me, and I am extremely happy with the service they provide. I would have ended up paying unnecessary money to the ATO had Kim and the other ITP staff not rescued me. I highly recommend these guys.

Kim Arenson is a wizard of income averaging. Though the process of IA is a long one, the results were very rewarding and her commitment to integrity was reassuring.
