IKEA

It's hard to go past Ikea for nifty furniture and homewares, especially for those tight on space who need clever things to go in awkward spaces.
The catch is that you need to embark on the 2km walk through the labyrinth, collect your own items off the shelf in the warehouse, and then build it yourself.
Also. The meatballs are pretty decent, but the veggie balls were not.

Have always trusted IKEA design, practicality and quality - until I purchased their outdoor timber furniture.
(1) Bloody uncomfortable
(2) Timber stain / paint has run all over my paving
(3) Cushions not waterproof - very impractical for use outdoors
All in all not a good experience - beware!

So it's IKEA, you probably know what you're in for. It's a very big IKEA, so there's a lot of range. Lots of parking. Easy to get in, hard to get out. It's surprisingly difficult to cart your furniture back to your car. Most times it is very busy here, so be prepared.

Unfortunately part of that seems to be they run out of stock, which is what it is, but if you're coming a long way it might be worth checking stock levels before making the trip.

While it’s a great place and all I HATE trying to get out of here sonrather not shop here just cause I can’t grab the 1 thing I came for then wastes my time better shop online

Not bad furniture and you can get quite good deals here.

However - the one thing I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, is their meatballs in their upstairs kitchen. It is absolutely delicious and very cheap too.

Crowded and often hard to look at things. Some but not all things are cheap. Also some are reasonably well made and others not so well made. Often difficult to find your way and items. If buying lights get globes

Got what I wanted, but must be the worst Ikea hot dogs I've ever had. And I have been to many of them in many countries

I am being told to "stay on the line and we'll be with you shortly". For 45 minutes now.and I have to leave to go to a meeting - pathetic!

IKEA Tempe is massive. It's like a huge maze with great bargains.
Helpful staff and a nice cheap restaurant serving a lot of food that can be purchased. The Dame cake is a must

The home delivery was not on time and no one gave us any notice. There is no customer service at all. I have made several phone calls and waited for more than two hours but no one answered. It was my worst experience shopping in Austalia.

Nice food (price is okay), nice furniture. It's always weirdly fun to walk in here.
4 stars because it's not actually *that* cheap. It's still cheap but you can find cheaper basic tables (but IKEA is best for a one stop shop!)

I called IKEA at 8.40 am and was told to stay on the line and someone will be with you shortly. After getting this message several times I thought I will check their opening hours and it is 10.00 am. It would have been kinder to say we will be open at 10.00 am instead of taking me for a ride.

Disgraceful after sales service. Call Centre staff are incompetent & the complaints manager is incredibly rude & condescending. I will never buy another IKEA product.

Went to Ikea today to by a tv stand.
Chose a tv stand that i wanted. Lady told me thay had some in stock. Great cheep price $139.oo
Went down stairs to purchase the product
Thay told me not in stock. Very disappointed
Then she told me.i could by the display tv stand for a discount price sounded good to me. Took it down stairs not knowing what the discount was. To my surprise thay only charged me half price $69 dollars.
I love Ikea and i love there staff.
Great experience. 10 out of 10.
