Definitely can’t finish store visit in one day.
This IKEA a has a wide variety of options, sizes and foods. The soft serve was nice and everything sold at a fair price. Easy parking and had a great time there.
As far as IKEA goes their one was pleasant as it's not attached to any other stores so it only has IKEA customers so parking was easy there was inside and outside parking. All staff were helpful, Took us about 4 hours to do the full loop up stairs down stairs and lunch stop, nice temperature inside. Only thing that would be good is some kind of acoustic absorption panels for the food court that gets quite unpleasantly loud when full.for someone with noise sensory problems I did not enjoy that atmosphere very much.
It's an experience.food was very average.
Get stuff you didn't know you needed
The IKEA tempe has both outside and underground parking. It also has picking up and drop off area outside the building. The food and children area is located upstairs. The famous foods are the meatballs. At the moment they have family dinner specials for 2 of 8 and 2 of 5 meat balls plates plus two jellys for $29 dollars if you have IKEA family membership. The ice cream and hot dog are located downstairs after checking out near the exit.
Love the shopping experience. Great price meals with a nice view from the seating area. A company that takes environmental issues on board.
Plenty of furniture for everyone. Also plenty of parking and good cafe selection instore. But was difficult to find someone to help me
Great store.
Friendly service.
The food in the Cafe is fair.
Great furniture. They work just fine.
Where to start. I go here to eat ;), then shop. Good quality furniture and 365 days return policy is the best.
Good plants available, both live and artificial.
Cindy on self-serve is an a absolute pleasure! Even through their masks you could tell every customer she assisted was left with a big smile on their face!
Love IKEA!
Decent fixed meal options while you shop for makeshift furniture.
Their curtain section is quite an upgrade now and love the fact that they DO NOT have bags at all.
Also new expanded garden section is the besttt!

My bed frame wasn't accepted in returns. It had six months of use and normal tear and wear. It had all the screws.
The older staff was very rude, I had to ask him to chill. I said he would request a second opinion; no one else came to check the bed frame.
I felt so embarrased that I couldn't say anything. Not coming back.
Standard Ikea quality not the best but not the worst. Good location and layout but can be a sh1tfight to get out when busy. I have given 4 stars because this place empty’s my wallet on useless things.
Received an order with a missing part. We have called 4 days in a row, each person telling a different lie. We have waited 45mins each time on the phone to speak with someone. The last occasion, the person told us they would put us through to a manger and instead hung up on us. Terrible customer service.
Accept that it is a giant IKEA store.
Accept that it is a maze filled with 1,000s of products.
Accept that most of the time it will be crowded.
Their range is enormous.
Their prices are extremely competitive.
Their environmental principles are world leading.
Published stock levels on the website were not at all reflective of reality on what was on the shelf. Hugely frustrating and meant having to drive across Sydney to another IKEA store to get items so we could finish a project. Not helped at all by filthy bathrooms and cranky, clueless staff.
Great atmosphere, fantastic products, and excellent staff. Special thanks to Eva in the furniture/sofa department. She was so friendly and helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Ikea Tempe and Eva.
Good customer service. My cashier was a little slow, though. She may have been new so I don't want to judge, but I waited nearly 10 minutes for her to get through a guy with two items.
Very helpful staff - especially one member name tag (Jessie) my only suggestion would be to offer customers motorised power shoppers and more places to charge your phone
We were in IKEA yesterday. Decided to have lunch at 1230pm. When it came to our turn to be served, they were running out of peas. The service, without any service delivery skills didn’t bother to ask us to wait whilst the cook took topped up the bain-marie with more freshly cooked peas - under our very nose.
Thinking that was due to portion control, we didn’t say a word.
When we sat down to eat, we saw people walking past us with portions of peas 3-4 times more than what we got.
Come on, IKEA. Surely you can do better than that, to check on your staff (lazy without care and discriminatory; to ensure QA is met and service standards compiled.
