Like the furniture, the food here sucks you in with its price and you think it is exactly what you need. But then you buy it and it's never quite what you wanted. It's fine, but the price point is why you are there ordering a meal you wouldn't buy at a restaurant.

Bad service in the restaurant, staff does not speak English, they charge extra and don't tell you, mashed potatoes is not real

Great store for everything home related under the sun. Fun place for the kids with an affordable cafe, play area (although this was closed) and comfortable seating. The customer services ce operations are a little snooty but other than that, love this store.

I've been trying to track down an undelivered package since Friday. Haven't been able to speak with anyone, & I've been on the phone for hours. Worst customer service ever. So frustrated, will never use their online service again.

What can I say, I love ikea. Was looking around in the modular sofa section and the man who assisted my uncle and I was so very helpful and friendly. We had so much fun using the sofa design interface that helped me choose the final design for my sofa! Look out for their specials too, you can save quite a lot if you shop at the right time.

Awful click & collect customer experience, wasted 1.5 hours trying to get my order complete (never got the lost item) and $50 dollars on missed item plus click and collect fees. Staff was dismissive and unprofessional, lied to me and said I would get a call in 24 hours to solve my case (which I never got). Never coming back.

My shipments never get delivered!

Never had some1 to call me or at least give me a little bit forecast for the delay

Communicate with CS impossible as they will put you on hold for two hours if you try to call them

No contact from Ikea. Product not delivered. 3 hours and they don't answer the phone. Don't answer emails despite the 24h statement. Useless company. Never again. One star is too many!

Unable to get this company on the phone on hold for over 1hr for the first attempt, 2nd attempt 43min continually told to stay on the line for the next friendly person to help. I am sure there is not one there. The music whilst on hold is horrid. Continually told to go on line to visit the store.
Country people depend upon delivery and pay for that delivery. Missing components of order the Toll company assure us that they do not have the order

Knew what I was hoping for. Easy to find items, checkouts were not too busy. Breakfast was okay, certainly better than the last time we ate there

Plenty of parking, 2 food courts, and a place for kids to play. They supply pencils, pads, trolleys, baskets, and measuring tapes.
You write down the item you want, and then go find it and collect it in the storage area near the checkout. There is a cheap eats food court near the exit with $1 hotdogs.not the greatest, but good value for a dollar.

In-store experience is pretty good but when trying to get through to IKEA on the phone to sort out issues always having to wait lengthy periods before speaking to a customer service representative. A very disheartening and frustrating experience. This is about my sixth call to IKEA and the longest wait yet (1h38m) and still waiting! Quickest ever being around (45min). Do you think this satisfactory IKEA? I don't think so. Hope this will improve in the near future but I have my doubts.

It has got to be one of the biggest Ikeas in NSW. Parking is good particularly Underground. There are a few loading bays for quick pickup and loads.

Okay I'm bias cause I love this place, I wish I could live here. They have everything you can possibly need at reasonable prices.

Got a quote for built in cupboards for 18K. Went to Ikea and ordered the same. Took me 2 days to assemble the units and it looks fantastic.awesome ikea

Ikea was great. We ordered some bathroom stuff on line and collected the next day. It was a smooth transaction and pick up.

IKEA Tempe; small range compare to Rhodes IKEA however its easy to get in and get out. Just don't go and eat there; food was overwhelmingly overcooked and taste less and I would not go again to eat there. However coffee house; nice coffee and service was great. Just saying

Great shopping station. Reasonably priced. Too big, allocate atleast 2 hrs time if you haven't selected the furnitures already. The food station of IKEA is bae. Cheap delicious foods, esp the 1$ hotdogs and sparkling flavoured juices. Loved it.

I simply want to thank Uriel at the Beds&Mattresses section for his 5 star customer service, his knowledge of the product and his patience and care. Amazing work that made my visit at IKEA Tempe a real pleasure. Thanks. D
