I purchase a bed and some dinning room chairs. The staff are so lovely and helpful and the furniture is such good quality. I would highly recommend this place for an all round amazing experience!

Everyone was helpful in the showroom making you feel welcomed. The delivery was fast and smooth and when I found a small fault in one of the parts, someone arranged a visit to inspect and repair the fault. It wasn't a big deal at the end and they could've said there is no problem with the sofa but they made an effort and assured me that they thrive for quality.

Service in this shop is exceptional! Was a little concerned at first about the whole concept on ordering online and waiting, but had nothing to worry about. They arrived when they predicted. We first purchased two bedside tables, but as was so pleased with everything have since brought dinning table, bed frame, book case and entertainment stand. Quality is brilliant, designs are simple but consistently well done. Could not be happier

We love our new chairs, they look great, are very comfortable and made from real timber. I recently purchased 6 dining chairs online. The team at Icon by Design, patiently and politely answered all of my many question. The chairs were in stock and so they were delivered the next week. A day and time was scheduled and they arrived when they said they would. It has been a very positive experience, we will be back

Don’t go into this shop. Rude people and all they want to do is blame the customer for everything. The transport company is a mess everything with this business is so hard to deal with. Better quality furniture at other shops in this centre.
