Absolutely stoked with the bed and bedside tables - incredible quality, smooth lines and easy to assemble. Delivery was also hassle free, which was an awesome bonus. Would definitely buy from here again.

I hadn't really noticed Icon to be a supplier of premium furniture before my recent purchase. I have found the product I bought to be high quality, and the service including delivery service to be above expectations. I'll be back for more when next needed!

Purchased walnut maximums sideboard - product delivered had large dent / defect on the front cupboard door. Refused to inspect in person or fix. Was told instead that this was classed as “minor variation” that is to be expected. Extremely poor customer service by Cara and Michael Herd (richmond store)

Our $600 bedside table became like this after 4 months of normal use. See the photos we posted in the photo section - the side table with the top layer chipped and peeling off, many white spots and stripes.

We purchased a Bruno double bed from Icon by Design (from their website) after having searched for a good quality bed made of solid wood but one that didn't cost a fortune. Visited the store at Moore Park Supa Centre to have a look at the item in person. The sales person was very helpful and informative which answered all our questions. Once we ordered the item online we were assigned a dedicated contact which was helpful as we had to change some of the details on the order.

We were kept in the loop with regard to the delivery date and on the day of delivery we were given a delivery window of a couple of hours, but best of all we had a link to see where the delivery trunk was which helped a lot. The delivery guys were fantastic, took it to the rooms upstairs where we needed the new bed, and even moved some furniture out of the way for us upon our request.

Assembly was quite easy and I was able to do it on my own, the installation of the slats was a little tedious but once installed it's very firm hence makes sense why it's designed the way it is, regardless wish it was easier.

The bed was been fantastic with no creeks or movement, looking at getting the matching bed side table to complement the bed.

Love the quality and philosophy of Icon by design products that we will be looking at some of their other furniture in the future.

We really liked our table and chairs but after a week the leather on the chairs began to pucker. When we called customer service they told us that we had to bring them back so that they could look at them. No so easy when you have a small car. We sent photos but never heard from them. Love the designs but not the customer service.

We loved the minimalist, sophisticated style of Icon by Design, so my husband and I went into the Supa Centre, Moore Park to see their bookcases up close. Initially, we thought one of their tall bookcase designs was best for our space. However, following some help from their staff, we ended up with 2 smaller designs that went wider instead of tall for our sunny reading space. We think they go perfectly and so glad we got the support to help us on our way to a completed sitting room for our new apartment!

Very happy with our dining room chairs. They quality of deign and build is excellent. They feel solid when you seat on them and are very comfortable with the leather seating pad. I’m confident they will provide pleasure for many years to come. So glad we made the change from mass produced “throw away furniture”.

I made an initial purchase of three pieces of oak living room furniture from Icon by Design. The in store experience was friendly and professional thanks to Cara at the Richmond VIC showroom. The furniture was delivered promptly on the due date.

The quality of construction was excellent, easily matching the showroom stock. I was so happy with goods that I’ve ordered two more pieces. For the quality of product you can’t beat the prices!

Friendly and fast service - ordered our bed on Saturday and had it delivered by Wednesday- excellent customer care - the delivery team we’d paid $50 to put the bed up decided to leave some of the fixing loose! On calling the store, they attended to it immediately and a staff member called in on their way home on the same day - remedied the lack of attention by the assembly team and it was good to sleep on that night.highly recommend shopping at Icon by Design
