Greatly dissatisfied and disappointed on the lack of communication from Icon by design. Customer Care Team have not been helpful either in getting the furniture delivered to us. We have been following up on numerous occasions and each time we were told that we will be getting a status update, however with no luck. We had ordered furniture in May and were told it was in stock to have it delivered to our apartment upon move in. We are aware that the furniture is in a warehouse in Eastern Creek. However, we have been told it is 3 weeks away from delivery. Is it that hard to get it delivered to us?

Please be ware of this before buying to avoid disappointment!

Would highly recommend Icon by Design and their products. The customer service was amazing, always quick with responding to emails and questions, could really tell they are a family business.

We couldn’t be happier with our Olivia arm chair and two seat sofa. The quality of the Solid American oak is beautiful, we were so impressed with the craftsmanship and how the sofa is put together. They look beautiful are super comfortable and have a timeless design that we will be able to keep forever.

Paid for table and chairs. Drove 6 hours to assemble. Found part didn’t have thread in it to complete assembly. Rang Icon by Design and was assured part would be sent same day.one month later part still hasn’t arrived. Was sent email saying part was on way then another saying sorry we had wrong order number part not sent yet. What a joke

I found the perfect dining table and chairs on the Icon by Design website. When I visited the store the staff could not of been more helpful. I was impressed with their willingness to answer questions and not make me feel pressured into a purchase. When I did get around to ordering online I had my table and chairs within a week. The quality and comfort is exactly what i expected. I am one very happy customer.

Very high quality furniture, great design and well put-together. We purchased a solid walnut entertainment unit, and from the minute we unpacked it, we knew it was high quality. Beautiful timber. This is real furniture, not particle board/ veneered junk. This will last for decades, so it makes sense to pay a bit more for something genuine.
Ordering and delivery process was easy, and great communication along the way. The unit was very well packaged and protected when it arrived. Would gladly purchase from Icon by Design again.

The table was delivered on time and it was very easy to assemble it. Quality is fantastic too. The table looks good with every photo we take of our food.

I have recently purchased furniture from Icon By Design, as a designer and architect myself it's refreshing to have access to pieces of such quality design and solid materials at reasonable prices. It's a great precedent!

Great quality furniture. Personal and prompt service when we needed to change our delivery method.

Very stylish. Not very practical. It wasn't long after delivery that chairs started separating at the joints. I did the wrong thing and rotated them WITHOUT calling the shop. Eventually all 8 - same problem even though they don't get used that much. Out of sight, out of mind - didn't do anything about it. At some point walking past the shop I asked about repair & was instructed to email. Eventually I did, to be informed I was out of warranty by a couple of months. Technically correct. My bad. So, 2 lessons I've learned. 1) Avoid this shop - poor quality construction 2) Act quicker!

Also, very patient and helpful customer support/service. No change seems to much, they go out of their way to help. Highly recommended!

Have made a couple of purchases from Icon by design and we have been super impressed each time and will continue to come back. Our most recent purchase was delivered well within a week despite not choosing the expedited delivery (which is amazing considering covid times!) - as usual the quality of the bookshelf is top notch and we know we will be enjoying it for many years to come. Our other purchases (desk, dining table/ chairs and bed side tables are all going strong and much loved). I look forward to our next purchase.

The friendly professional experience with Icon was outstanding. The furniture was received in very secure protected packaging! It was a pleasure to open and view our chosen product. Astrid chairs are very stylish and complement our mix of mid century and contemporary beautifully.

Customer service was excellent in all of my interactions. We were so pleased with the table we bought that we ended up buying two more large pieces that we were also pleased with. The quality is first rate and the design smart and elegant.

The customer care is awesome and I love the beautiful furniture. It looks so timeless without being austere. The customer service in store in Richmond is really great - helpful and friendly without being pushy - and when I had some follow up questions after I’d bought from this store, the service people were lovely over the phone and by email. 5/5 would recommend.

Everything about my online purchase went smoothly from my initial phone contact with my numerous questions right through to the delivery process.
