I went in the HN Maitland today to buy a fan, three of the fans had flyers on them marked as "summer clearance" however were still the original price. When I questioned this to the service lady asking if it was a cheaper price she said no. I commented that it was a bit cheeky to mark them as on sale when they are not. To this I got a whole lot of attitude, smug smirk and raised eyebrows saying she didn't make the prices, when I asked who did she simply replied "other people". Lucky for her the manager was not in! Rude service and lyinging sales.

Purchased furniture in this store, sales staff fantastic however this is let down by the extremely rude staff in the photo lab. Young girl clearly has had no proper training. Paid for print while u wait some 40 minutes later still didn't have the ONLY 8,5 by 7 prints. Save yourself poor quality photos and even more poor customer service. In the end printed out at office works, printed immediately.

Busy, but friendly and attentive staff, willing to spend time explaining the products and going through features. Ended up purchasing 4 products that we wanted, but had only told sales man we were after info on tv.

Went in to buy a TV bracket came out with the bracket an electric kettle, microwave, washing machine and dryer, just had a great sales person going back soon for a vac

I wanted salesmans opinion on 3x makes off fridges. Was told " don't know which make is better, any faults are dealt through manufacture " asked next saleslady same question she said " weren't you just told" turned & walked away. This is the truth.

For a long time now, this is the place I go to for white goods, computers and phones. Cannot praise highly enough the assistance of 2 sales persons in the Computer/ Phone section. Adam and Chris, so very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Have purchased Samsung phones, Security system, computer items, ALWAYS, best price, and even had the guys help us set our new phones. Nothing ever a problem. Love that we go in and get personal service, we wont go anywhere else for our electronics. Just ordered my new Samsung Gear S3 Rose gold watch here, great deal. Also picked up an awesome new computer keyboard recommended by Chris, love it, he always recommends best products for my needs. Look online, but go instore and see the boys for best personalised service and deals

Excellent. The staff were very helpful and keen to help with my enquiry, this made my purchase easy and hassle free.

Bought a tv here today. We got a low price and excellent customer service. Had a browse around and looked at computers, beds, mattresses, etc and we were approached three times by staff asking us if we needed help. We will be back again and thank you for the great shopping experience.

So the past few days a friend and I went in to. Harvey Norman Rutherford to look at some lounges
All the staff were very friendly and very helpful especially (Joe) he helped us out so so much he told us about all the locking systems how everything worked with lounge he was very helpful and we are very grateful

Staff in bedding were hopeless just sat and talked to each other not interested in sales. We went eleswhere

DO NOT use the flexi rent service it is an absolute scam
You are made to feel like it's a govisa etc but it is not ended up paying over double for two phones I bought (at the same time)

The person I dealt with is not there anymore hopefully they were the only one that lied but from other reveiws I've seen they are not

I've got no problem whatsoever handing my money over to these guys whenever I go in there to buy something because they are sensational time and time again. Enourmous store, great competitive prices and the best range of products in the area. Harvey Norman Maitland is a force to be reckoned with!
