Today the staff very rude. Spoke about my partner behind his back even though he had earshot of what they said about him. Unprofessional. He was trying to pay for an item and the staff unhelpful. Won't go back.

My cousin Purchased laptop.was great service a little lacking in the discount price off display one but overall good manners.polite staff Jacob.

Great service very helpful with phone screen protector replacement after phone needed replacing and redid protector under warranty!

Did a click and collect. People at the click collect desk were awesome and helped fix a problem that wasn't their fault. Security guy out the front was a legend too.

I have purchased many items from Harvey Norman Maitland. The staff have always been helpful and accommodating. Recently I purchased a DJI drone from them. The salesperson steered me in the direction of a better deal than I was expecting. The manager Nick Swanson is one of the friendliest staff on the premises and has trained his staff in excellent customer relations. 5 stars.

Turned up with every intention to purchase a new laptop but the staff were unable to demonstrate it’s claimed capability. All in all quite dissatisfied.

Lovely lady named Lani in Rutherfprd store was very very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Other staff were really great to but Lani went extra bit. Would highly recommend

Fine, warranty on garmin came in, we picked it up and then bought a washing machine, to be delivered tomorrow.
As usual Harvey Norman did a great job and that's why we keep going back to Harvey Norman.

No customer service at all in furniture department. Went happy to $5000 today. Not one staff member spoke to me, off to Harvey Norman Bennett's Green.

Awesome sales guy Jason was really helpful and knowledgable when I came to get stuff in the computer section. He helped me find exactly what I needed, and was able to recommend a great product from personal experience.

Very bad experience. I needed a new phone. The salesman encouraged me to buy a more expensive one. Happy with that. That was his job after all. I asked for a Telstra sim but was advised that HN do not stock Telstra. But we could have Optus. That became a very stressful process. I then noticed the Telstra display stand nearby with Sim cards. The young salesman apologised. Very poor service Harvey Norman.

Harvey Norman was friendly and Covid rules followed.
Staff were plentiful and left you alone if just browsing.

What a great team, rang through answered quickly put through to department item paid for and rang when I pulled up. Item delivered to car within 10min. Thankyou Harvey Norman for the great service

The Harvey Norman store at Maitland (Rutherford) is huge. Both the furniture/bedding & electrical areas have everything you are looking for. Staff are helpful without feeling pressured. Parking is easy. The store also follows the COVID19 requirements for entry to the store (face masks & social distancing). Access is easy & isles are wide making shopping easy. A great place to go and spend your money.

Bought a device today and it was supposed to be set up but it wasn't so I had to go back to Harvey Norman and get it done properly.

I understand they're on commission and need to make their living, but they're a little to pushy, and get a bit arrogant when you say no.

Good service at Rutherford. Their website need massive improvement as I made an enquiry for prices and it was sent to Auburn and they didn't quote as advertised. He was just out to rip people off. There was a special on the Bundaberg lounge & Auburn office quoted full retail price. With covid you would think they would be great full for website sales.

Good store, lots of room, once approached, the staff are decently friendly, though they were lacking in any energy.

We found what we originally went for though unfortunately, there is not a lot of selection in lamps at this store - but we found what we were looking for in the shopping center anyway, so overall good trip, good location, good place to come for bits for your house.
