Went to Harvey Norman today every staff was so helpful specially Snow. Big shout out to Snow she is very helpful for assisting me and my husband today. We bought Tv, fridge, microwave, washing machine and tv rack. Nice experience with Harvey Norman compared to other white goods and furniture store.

Not happy with the responce I got today regarding the purchase of my HP Laptop. I got extra ram that I did not ask for, charged $150. Was told over the phone that they were not privy to the conversation when I purchased a week ago. The sales person who served me may be in on Wednesday, but it is her last day on Friday, so I should ring before going in. I will be in to get an explanation that I understand and not the waffle I got this morning. I am not happy with customer service from this store.

Good variety of rugs & lift chairs we were looking for. Very helpful staff & items not in stock were delivered well inside the expected times. Would have no problems recommending to potential customers.

Worked with Zac in the Tech department. Great guy, Dead Samsung Z Flip 4 Mobile, my fault, it cost, but he minimised the damage. Easy to work with and great at his job. Sad he is leaving. Best they have.

Went in to buy a sunbeam duraceramic skillet for parents as there old one was scratched n could taste the flaking none stick coating. Was easy to get into shop and grab the 1 off the shelf the pay n leave.

Electrical staff were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Store was clean and plenty of parking available.

We could not be any happier with the service we got from nick in flooring. He got a quote arranged for us and booked it all on very quick before our house went on the market. He was very nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommend him and the team. We will use him again when we do our home in the future.

These guys converted me to support them after dealing with a alternate supplier for years. I have found their team to be knowledgeable and keen to help. They are happy to advise on a product that will best suit your application and budget. Had a mishap with a washing machine this weekend and Mitch W.went out of his way to assist in what was a stressful situation. His help has cemented my future patronage as modest as it is.

Long time customer of Harvey Norman, we are in the middle of a kitchen replacement, quotes from HN beat all others, including online, by several hundred and up $1000 in cases.
Items in stock and willing to honour quote until we need them in a couple of months.
Sales staff knew the product and was more than helpful.

The assistant in furniture was so very helpful with our exchange request.even though we had purchased at another store. She called the other store to put forward our case. The other store (Bennett Green) would not do a replacement even though the product was faulty. This store even tried to see if they had a spare part they could give us.

I had to make a return of an item that turned out to be unsuitable. I'm leaving this review as everyone I dealt with in the store was super helpful and friendly.
You can tell that good customer service is important to this store and that the staff were happy

Kellie works in the computer department at the Maitland store. Kellie is without a doubt THE most competent sales professional we have had - anywhere. Kellie is knowledgeable and understood the construction and workings of each product viewed; honest - presented each product properly (we have bought a couple computers and things related over the many years my husband has been in business) ; highly professional in her Demeanor. ATTENTION MR HARVEY! Would have scored 5 stars for staff and products but was serverly let down by instore public toilets. 12 months ago purchased a fridge, went to use public toilet. Disgusting! Bins hadn't been empty for weeks took up half the room, urinal STINK so overpowering (gagging) couldn't stay in there to do business. (I put it down to lack of staff due to covid) fast forward to now easter, went to puchase more whitegoods.had to use toilet. They had apparently just cleaned according to signage.urinal stink was just as bad as before (gagging) the bright yellow urinal deoderisers are a mouldy black, havent been changed ever, at least there wasnt an 8ft heigh pile of used paper towels in a tiny bin. I think they need to seriously improve in this department.
