We had to buy a computer. We were served by a helpful and knowledgeable professional staff member. We came away very satisfied.

I am very impressed with the service I received when purchasing a dryer. Mathew showed us a range of appropriate dryers and was friendly and professional.

Plenty of stock and many variations to choose from. Didnt need to be told what i should be buying. The staff member finally listened and we got what we went for, would have been 5 stars.

Today I went in with intention to buy a byod computer for my daughter who is commencing yr 7 this year. At a local public school we took with us a letter from the school with all the information that we needed. Jason your technology specialist was not interested in anything we had been advised by the school as far as price and specifications. His only intention was steer me towards a very expensive laptop and told my daughter that a $600/$700 computer would not work for her and he would be making a note on his records stating that he had advices us that unless we paid over $ 1200 we would bring it back and it would not be his fault.my daughter left very deflated believing the money we had to buy her computer would not get her what she needed.we then visited another store and had a totally different experience and as a result we purchased a computer that my daughter was more than happy with.with a guarantee from the store that computer would do everything we needed it to do.we wanted to spend this money in yr store but we're turned off my his aggressive sales manner

Went here to get youngest daughter's laptop it was great customer service and no pressure to buy something out of my budget.

Today I went to purchase an iPad, looked at the one I was interested in, tried to get a staff members attention but nobody was interested in serving me and there was virtually no other customers in the store. Thankfully Domayne was close by excellent service Harvey Norman no sale and won’t be back.

Just purchased over 6k in kitchen appliances, we were served by a gentleman who then passed us over to another salesperson to finalise the deal, the gentleman said he would throw in the ducting for the range hood, when we were ready to receipt our goods (a couple of months later) there was no ducting when we got our goods home, I rang the store and was told they would call me back that day, (they did not call), I rang the following day and was told they would call me back, which they did (it was the person that finalised the deal), when I was explaining the situation, she cut me off hastily and asked what it was that I wanted, when she let me continue, she told me that they just don't throw things in and that they are not in the business of just giving things away, I simply chuckled and before I could say anything she told me that the ducting will cost me $199 I replied thankyou and I won't be purchasing it from her store. I am half way through my renovation and was almost ready to purchase the flooring which has been quoted and a new lounge suit, as I mentioned before I will NOT be purchasing it from this store. I am fully aware that businesses cannot just give things away, however i was told that it was going to be thrown in with the sale I am a long time customer of this store and have spent approx 20k over the years, If I was not told it was going to be thrown in I would have simply bought it due to the range hood is useless without it, I am terribly sorry about this rant, but felt I had to, so I guess it's of to Bing Lee.

Purchased thing's from this location for many years now, service is fantastic and i cannot complain about customer service, highly recommend

Good value. Sales person was helpful and did a good deal on the items we wanted. She kept trying to upsell us on more expensive versions of what we wanted but that's her job so kind of expected that anyway.

Flooring section, not very helpful at all over the phone, (Garry) kept insisting I go in to the store, though couldn't understand I didn't feel comfortable due to covid. Spoke to other flooring companies in the area with my enquiry no-one else struggled to help me over the phone.

Really helpful leigh in tvs explained features and helped me put together a home entertainment package that hit all my needs and included installation. Much better than my experiences elsewhere trying to make the same purchase

Overpriced goods when compared to similar stores in the area, I only went there to use the rest room, which was clean. I saw a bed there for $20,000.00 I nearly fell over backwards

Went in while sales where on & still found the staff friendly, knowledgeable & ready to make it a win/win situation.

Fine salespeople who are very attentative to your needs and enquiries. Prices are less competitive then some other retailers but wait for the sales and you'll save

We are extremely happy with our last serveral purchases mainly due to a salesmen at Harvey Norman Rutherford named Chris White. He always takes his time with u & makes sure you understand everything & that all ur questions are answered. He saved us from making a wrong purchase for a laptop for our yr 11 son that another salesman on a previous visit said would b perfect for a yr 11 student. Chris is very knowledgeable & takes the time to make sure u are buying the write product for u & not for the salesmen's comition.we really appreciated everything he has advised us on & all his time & help. We will only ask for Chris when we go in to purchase anything computer or tech wise & we will b passing his name on to anyone we know that is looking to purchase or even just enquire about anything computer or tech related as we know that he will provide the same service to them!

Absolutel disgrace
Poor customer service.bullied buy the white goods sales man.all because we didn’t like the fridge he liked. He preceded then to judge us physically.
Then we could hear him and his co worker in the next aisle talking about us.thanks Harvey Norman

One of the best Harvey Normans around. Best staff, customer service is excellent. And they'll get anything in for you and go through the specs before ordering. Better than online even.

Staff here are great. Very knowledgeable and more than willing to assist in making the right purchase.
