Fantastic service and staff. I needed a last minute Christmas gift and Roy went above and beyond to fast track the process so I could receive my gift on the spot. During this busy period, it’s amazing to see such patience and effort from staff! 10/10 would recommend Roy

By far the worst store I have come across, the customer service is pathetic. Just told me that they don’t care that MYER has better price and to go and just buy from there. The staff’s behaviour is laughable. With this staff they are wasting a store at a prime location.

Some the staff there are kind of rude and very pushy. I asked if I could borrow a card and a pen so I could write the model number down and was told no, you have a phone just take a picture. Also just kinda rude, and two staff had an argument on the floor in near us about loosing a sale.
Not a fun place.

Helpful staff but the manager was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, that’s way I decided to purchase my laptop on hm’s website instead of the shop.

Kawal is the worst salesperson ever. She was very rude and unprofessional. Later on she spoke in a foreign language with the cashier about me. I hope this gets to the head office

Ive bought 3 products from this place on 3 different occasions. All had to be returned due to faults. I dont know if its my bad luck but i gave up shopping there.
Also, my experience is staff dont care about helping you get what you need within your budget - theyre interested in up-selling sales for their own benefit

Staff not attentive. Quoted price different from that advertised online and on TV. Did not buy anything and won't go back.

Customer service was bad, sales rep left me waiting for ages while he clearly went to do something else. Price of some products are higher/less discounted.

This is a great store. Prices are very competitive if not the best. I’ve purchased many items. The Haier 455L fridge was recommended by the lady a year ago based on requirements and she was right. Love it. Today I had the best customer service by Elliott on a Kenwood food processor, he was knowledgeable, friendly, well spoken and patient. 5 stars just for him. Price was amazing too. More sales people like him would be wonderful. Thank you.

Terrible customer service; people just stand around and when the do engage seems they want to argue more than assist. May as well buy online.

Terrible customer service at this store and I would never buy anything from Harvey Norman again. The staff are more intent on proving customers wrong than finding a solution, we are now stuck with two brand new and boxed speaker stands that they a) won't take back and refund and b) won't exchange for another item. Both stands are now sitting on our floor, boxed and we're $330 out of pocket. What poor sad people work here, that they can't even refund or exhange a boxed item. Pathetic

Not great experience. Reason is I find this place bit more expensive than the normal worth price of any article.

Signed onto a plan with Optus through them. My phone did come late but Roy who served me tried his best to recify the situation left quite happy.

Brianna has helped me on several occasions and is brilliant at her job and knows her TV's and Audio. I'll be back for sure.

Roy was a huge help, got the two products I was after for my laptop very quickly, no fuss and easy to deal with.

Not the cheapest but they are fast and friendly staff willing to help. They are willing to price match with other stores and have stock most of the time.

Very frustrating experience, several staff I dealt with were confused and unhelpful. Lots of time spent waiting for staff to work out my online click and collect order. Did end up with a very capable woman who sorted things out and knew how to deal with a frustrated customer. But if you genuinely want help selecting a product, I wouldn't go to this store.
