They were super friendly, extremely helpful and made the whole return / exchange process flawless. These gentlemen deserve a mention (and hopefully a bonus!). Would 100% recommend visiting this store for any computer issues.

Ok for when you just need to buy a fridge, dryer or washer machine for under $500 just make sure you get a GOOD DEAL with them.

Horrible customer service. Be careful buying from this store, they will not do refunds on faulty products or when you have issues, save your time and money, shop else where.
I have lodge a complaint with the ACCC, james Turner and his team need a reality check and need to get off their high horses.
Useless customer support, bought a $3000 laptop from them which shut off spontaneously after a month of use. Rejecting my request for a refund or replacement and are requiring me to let them send it off for up to 15 days for assessment. I’ll be posting my experience on 500 subreddits.

Absolutely fantastic service! Truly above and beyond, which was a pleasant surprise, especially after absolutely appalling 5 (!) months of being fooled around and rejected by ASUS warranty and service. James is a great leader for the team! I bought a replacement laptop without hesitation after such a helpful service.

Went in today braving the crowds at Broadway to pick up a last minute gift. I'm so glad I actually went into store instead of click and collect. I got an absolutely legend of a sales person. Appalling experience. James in Broadway store seems to forget there is a customer in my experience and acts like he is a police detective. It was a most unsatisfactory experience and a shame as I have previously found the team (especially in TV department amazing). I will actively avoid the store from now on.

Worst customer service experience. Asked 3 staff members for help and they kept sending me to different people around store. Ended up walking out and buying a projector upstairs in Jb Hifi

I waited to pick up my click and collect for 3 weeks. On week 2 I send an email to HN and I got no reply. I just now wrote a disappointing review (still being very respectful but highlighting my disappointment) and I got an email back saying it can't be published because it doesn't meet guidelines. Which guidelines? Please attach them for me so I can read them. I could have bought my product from Amazon and save time and money. Very disappointing customer service, nobody was able to help me or compensate me for the service even when I asked.
Never going to buy things from harvey norman. Salesmans make false claims and sell bad product care products.
Product care is number one fraud/scam they sell. If a product goes faulty, They only accept reports by authorised technicians. These Technicians seem to create false reports with putting you at fault. In which case product care will say its not covered.
Cheap scamming company. Stay away!
I purchased just about everything to set up an apartment, kettle, washing machine, dryer, air purifiers, fridge, dehumidifiers, vacuum cleaners e.t. C.you name it I purchased it all with the aid, support and excellent customer service from Elliot. 3 years later I still follow his guidance and knowledge when making a purchase. The goto guy when buying appliances.
