73I went there to get some ink for our printer, they didn't have the one I needed in the brother printer range but the assistant knew of another company that supplied an alternative, he found it on the rack and I was all sorted, great work ILIJA. THANKS

Whatever you're looking for, you'll find it here! Staff are attentive, informative and friendly. Possibly a credit of being on commission! This does not detract from the level of service and I highly recommend.

Great selection of appliances. Staff seemed to be helpful and quite knowledgeable. I was just browsing and wanted some info on their appliances. I was walked through the different models with their strengths and features but did not feel pressured. Genuinely helpful. Will be back.
Quick service. And was approached mutiple times if we were asked if we needed help which was good. Happy with the deals we got.
Christmas shopping time. Service was friendly. Lots I'd people wanted to help.can get a little annoying however that's better than not getting seem to. Overall happy with the experience.
It's as good as any other electronic shop would be. We always find that if you want to buy electronic appliances, there are many staff to take care of you but there are limited staff at computer session to serve customers.
So generally, it's ok to good but not great.

Prices excellent. Ask about quality, reliably & any breakdown issues, staff say " if any issues customers go direct to manufacture not us. We can't tell you we don't know".
Great place to go for all your electrical, bedding, lounges they have all you ever need for your household needs staff very friendly and go out of their way to help you
This has to be the biggest Harvey Norman group of stores I have ever been too. It's too easy to park right outside the building you need to go to, such as electronics or furnishings. Staff we friendly and products well priced, as you would expect from Harvey Norman.
