73 I bough a computer from them and most likely they like to offer more but only ended to pay for the laptop as it is what I needed however I did purchase a Microsoft which I didn’t know that if you have one already it would just carry on to your new computer. I wasn’t advised during purchase. With their policy of no refunds or returns as per receipt its very difficult to conduct business transactions with them. The gentleman I spoke to the phone when I ring was kinda irritated in a way to speak to me nor have the patience to speak to a customer, he transferred me to someone else without letting me know. In the end I was just advised they cannot return/refund or do credit as they also have 7 day’s policy but not written in the paper. The lady in the phone that I spoke to after was more enthusiastic. In the future there is no way I would be considering them again for any product purchase as there is no leniency.
Would definitely advise family and friends due to unpleasant experience. What a shame. It might be good for others but not for me.
Had to move stock in boxes to get the item I needed. Staff were reasonably knowledgeable but seemed to have a need to serve those who had "big ticket" items
Was in there for about 10 minutes and no one came up and help me. The stuff was too busy chatting to one another
Ordered and paid for a new Dishwasher, agreed delivery date verbally in writing. No delivery, no phone call. Wasted day waiting, next day still no phone call or Dishwasher.
Purchased a microwave and air fryer. Staff member was so helpful with no pressure, as I'm new to the area he even gave me tips of places to visit for activities, food etc.
I didn't go in but the guy there was awsum as he helped carry a space age fan to my car for my husband
I could not have been happier with the service my elderly mother in law received from Jimmie she purchased a double oven and cook top, His product knowledge and customer service is second to none. He went above any expectations I had. You are a valuable assets to this company. Well done we will definitely be back:)
Walked around looking to buy a lounge suite for around 30 minutes. 3 sales staff - 2 ladies and a man, were too busy on their computers or phones to be bothered even acknowledging my presence let alone enquire what I was after. Walked out totally disgusted.

My wife and myself tried to buy a free standing 900mm electric oven today. We went to a large amount of stores in the Hunter Valley. As a last resort because of the distance we rang Harvey Norman Bennetts Green. We spoke to a sales person named Leesa. I asked if they had any 900mm free standing electric ovens in stock. She checked her computer and much to our delight she told us they had 2 different brands in stock and could be purchased today. I even asked for the brand names and price on each oven. So we quickly put the trailer on the car and drove to the store. On arrival we spoke to a male sales person who was more than happy to help us. On asking him if we could purchase a oven today he said they didn’t have any in stock! I told him we had rang earlier and had been told there were 2 different brands of oven we could choose from in stock. He then asked Leesa about the call we had made and she said she didn’t hear me say free standing oven on the phone. This was very disappointing as we have travelled a distance to pick the oven up and had been told on the phone it was in stock. I really think some sales people will say anything to get you to the store to try to sell you something. I hope this wasn’t to case this time. Very disappointed
Huge layout.make sure to plan ahead and have an idea what you want not what the employees want for them and some of their Ego's

Great customer service, Kellie. Just bought a matress topper and had a look at matresses. Good range, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Kellie explained all the options without any pressure and put the quote on my receipt. Organised and friendly - good work!
This place is huuuge, lots of stuff here but you get the feeling, and you are, watched the whole time. Good store otherwise, hint no where you are going before going inside as there is 3 buildings
Adam served us today, good service, Jason looked after us on our initial purchase, service was excellent. Product knowledge was excellent, made our purchases easier than we expected. 10/10.

Purchased a 3 in 1 exhaust fan that I installed for a customer, after fault finding and trying to work out why this brand new unit wouldn’t work I came to the conclusion that the IXL was faulty and that I needed a refund. Of course i couldn’t charge the customer for the 2 hours of labour after not having a exhaust fan in their ceiling. Living 1.5 hours away from this store and them supplying a faulty fan that I could return it to my local Harvey Norman or they could organise postage but no
I got told I had to waste more hours driving it back that I also don’t get paid for. Classic instance of the big man once again screwing the little man. Absolutely no care in the world and no customer service.
Went in to bathroom section to buy a bath.
Spoke to Adam Wallace and he was so helpful.
Not pushy buy gave me a lot of information.
Nothing too much trouble for this young man.
Would purchase there because he was so helpful.
