Busy but has lots of parking to get straight in, knowledgeable and helpful staff and I love the variety in the furniture and they electrical and computers are the latest and most reliable

As always, the Staff in the electrical section are on the ball and ready to help even if you don't need it.

In and out in 5 minutes, nice and easy.

Wife phone in order for Micro oven. Go to store to pay, then Warehouse to pick up. Just too easy. Sales, warehouse and check out staff great. HAPPY DAYS.

Helpful staff who go above & beyond to find what you need & if you got some rapport they'll even cut the prices down a fair amount!

I was served by a really nice and incredibly helpful fellow named Jeremy. He knew his stuff and could not have more pleasant to deal with. It really makes the whole experience of buying a pleasure.

Only put 1 star as it would not let me submit with zero stars. Absolutely disgraceful. Have been told so many lies about delivery of our order. We have paid for this item in full and still waiting over a month after we were assured delivery. Staff are also very rude. Georgia was even trying to be sarcastic with me. Disgusting.

Very impressed with the Benetts Green store staff in both the photolab and appliance departments. Friendly, very helpful and excellent product knowledge! I always find a good variety in their product range, competitive pricing and there is the added bonus that they generally have plenty of stock. The photolab is quick and has staff that are happy to help if you get stuck. Great shopping experience and highly recommend.

Fantastic as Greg in the freezer and washing machine section and Daniel in computers were both caring and understanding as I suffer terrible anxiety and panic attacks. They made me feel comfortable and went at my pace. They're BOTH a credit to Harvey Norman at Bennett's Green. It was also Greg's first day back after being away for a few years. 10 star's guy's. I found the lack of communication and misinformation from staff to be extremely disappointing. On the 21st August 2020 I placed an order for a lounge suite (made in Australia) and was told it would take approx 8-10 weeks which was OK as we had just purchased a new property with a 6 week settlement. In late November I called the store for delivery info and was told our lounge had left the depot and would be delivered by the 30th November. I called again on 2nd December and was told delivery would not be until late January early February 2021 which turns it potentially into a 6 month wait. Clearly the lounge suite had not been made nor had it 'left the depot'. I cancelled the $6000 order and will not deal with this company again.

Went to Bathroom section with a friend rearranging her bathroom. After a vanity unit various prices to suit most Budgets. Discount offered my friend made a good Deal. Good survice and Product knowledge.

GREAT customer service from staff. Had an amazing staff person named Cameron help me with my purchase. I called ahead to organise to put a product aside because I'm quite time poor at the moment. He gave me all the necessary details over the phone and I was in and out and 2 minutes. GREAT SERVICE

Purchased a lounge 3k received a display model that was faded and scuffed, purchased a 3k laptop overheats and screen goes green could not get it fixed and Harvey want nothing to do with you after the sale. Bought a posturepedic bed 4K and it’s crippled me like sleeping ona rock. Overpriced, worst customer service, faulty products can not be returned.

Great service Emma could not help us enough, sold us a pair of great leather recliners, she Emma, has a great friendly attitude.

The guy in the computer store is a rude ride little boy. Went in to buy fridge, printer ink, laptop.

Went to Good Guys instead. Much nicer

Never had an issue here, good range of products in stock, always ask for a better price than the sticker.

Great place for IT gear, especially if you need it fast. Call first to confirm stock though because the website reports of stock can be wrong!
