65 My partner and I came in this morning for a pregnancy dating scan and saw the sonographer Alison. She made us feel chastised for not having enough water in my partners bladder like you would a child at school. On the surface she had a "nice" personality whilst continually being passive aggressive towards us.
My partner experienced a lot of pain during her scan and when we left she broke down Into tears from her horrible experience.
This is not something a Dad should witness but most importantly it is definitely something that a pregnant woman should never EVER have to go through.
We are deeply disappointed and sadden by what should have been a beautiful experience.
Good service and clean facilities. No need to fill out new patient form but some personal questions were asked in an open reception.
Fantastic service highly recommend, they fitted me in at very late notice.will definitely return here.
I went to musman and North Sydney several time for MRI and other type of scans. I strongly recommend these two as everything is perfect, they have freindly and patient staff, modern equipment and clean environment and everything was done ontime.
I was recommended by my specialist to visit both the Mosman and North Sydney practices and was very impre with their level of service. It was very quick and easy to schedule an appointment and there were very short waiting times. The staff are professional and kept me informed right through out my MRI, CT Scans and Ultra Sound, and made me feel very comfortable. I'm happy with the results and would highly recommend their services
