Scans were ok, but future access to scans and results problematic with no option to upload to MyHealthRecord meaning difficult to share with other medical professionals in the future. I was offered a CD but not really practical in today’s day and age so a bit behind the times tech wise.

Always a good experience here, third or fourth time I’ve been here. Easy to make an appointment in and out in the time I expected so you can easily plan your day and great friendly staff.

Fast, simple and clear booking system via their website and professional execution of the scan. Making an appointment was quick and easy.

Time spent in the waiting room was minimal. However waiting area is very sterile, chairs are uncomfortable (especially for those with an injury or medical condition) and is not conducive for small children.

Medical staff were all very friendly and helpful. Miss 3 year old and I appreciate all the effort the staff went through to keeping her calm and comfortable during her Ultrasound, and complete the process safely. They were professional and caring and had great bedside manner.  The Technician explained everything clearly so we understood what was going to happen.

It would be good to have online access to the scans like competitor I-Med has.

I had an MRI scan with Harbour Radiology recently. I was apprehensive prior, due to a history of claustrophobia. The wide bore open MRI device was state of the art. With a bore of 70cm width and 125cm length this machine was a game changer for me. Additionally, a reflective mirror was positioned to direct my view out to the open room. The MRI technician was fantastic. He communicated with me throughout the entire procedure. His professionalism and kindness made the whole experience very manageable. I can highly recommend Harbour Radiology North Sydney.

1. Appointments are made quick and easy
2. Waiting times are usually very short especially for 'walk-in' X-rays
3. The digital access via the internet to all reports AND images (post-appointment and over time) is phenomenal.

Very efficient practice, had a CT with a contrast injection so I was a nervous Nelly, radiologist was fantastic! Explained what would happen, put me at ease. Thank you!

Fast service during the actual ultrasound/xray BUT you can’t get your results straight from them.you’ll get the results (the report not the images) from the GP/doctor who gave the referral.having a hard time getting images from ultrasound for example, they can’t give you directly.so strange.not so smooth when asking for the actual images of your ultrasound/xray.they would tell you to get from your GP but their link doesn’t work.don’t go here esp if you need a.copy of your images that you need to show several specialists.find another one.

North sydney has parking which was really helpful. Friendly sonographer, the entire process was simple and painless. Would recommend. They also BB antenatal scans!

I’m usually very happy with all staff at Harbour Radiology, but their policy of archiving results after 2 months resulted in me attending 2 specialist appointments where the specialist could not access my results. This was after several attempts to rectify the situation.

Extraordinarily long wait time despite having an appointment time booked. Followed by further delays waiting for disc of imaging to take away. Would find it hard to recommend as this is the 2nd bad experience unfortunately: (
