This is a great radiology clinic, clean, prompt and bulk bills for certain services. Highly recommended.

Booking done within the same day, very polite and patient staff who answered my questions.
Result ready in 2 days. Clean and nice office within 5 min walk from North Sydney train station.

Had a simple x-ray taken for my daughter 4 days prior to her specialist appointment. I was assured the results would be ready (prior to making the booking and also in the day). They were not!
As a result we needed to arrange other appointments with the specialist to discuss results. I have no problems with harbour radiology other than their poor time management. Hence taking away one star.

Very helpful staff. I forgot my referral but they were able to organise a new one immediately. They also explained the process clearly and answered all my questions.

Highly professional except was asked by male at Reception whether I had an appointment. When I rang the previous day for an appointment I was told they did not book appointments and just to walk in during opening hours, which I did. Did not have to wait long for scan.

Very competent and friendly people knew exactly what they were doing. I would highly recommend them. A lot easier than logging in to do this survey

Great experience. Great location. Great staff. Very efficient service all round. Less than 30 minutes from arrival to exit. With onsite parking and bulk billing, cannot fault them.

Harbour radiology gives you a great experience no matter what service you’re coming to them for. I’ve been referred by my GP to their north sydney practice 2,3 times for ultrasound. They’ve been professional and timely to book appointments and the reception clarifies all that you need to know before booking and coming in for your appointment. The radiologists are friendly and experienced. They make you feel comfortable and ask questions regarding your history and allergies etc. They’re thorough professionals and are patient and enough to give ample time to put together the best results.

I've visited Harbour Radiology multiple times in the past couple of years and have always had stress-free experiences which says a lot about the staff as medical visits are not normally the most relaxing. Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

My only issue was the time it took to get my MRI report delivered to my Chiropractor. 4 1/2 days is long when your in pain and my Chiro had to ring 3 times to get it delivered.

The service was fantastic, quick and easy to book and I wasn’t left waiting around for my appointment. The staff are lovely!

I rarely give a one star to anything I review but this is to reflect the truth.

As a medical practitioner in whatever you do you really want to be understanding and sympathetic with the patients.

The sonographer of this place probably is the reason this clinic gets a lot of 1 star rating. She is full of attitude, in her tones, in her sighs showing her impatience if you have questions to ask her, in her manner when she orders you what to do. She is not a valuable asset to keep your customers coming back.

People who go through scans, ultrasound and all of these medical services, their mentality may not be as tough as you think. They may have been through a lot of medical challenges, may be suffering pain and are anxious, distressed when having to deal with these medical machines. Yet there is Allison.

Otherwise the ladies at the reception are great. Hope other patients will not have to deal with or being treated passive aggressively by Allison.

Irresponsible people. It took 3 weeks and 6 follow up calls to get an Xray report sent. They will happily lie to your face that it is all sent until you argue that the doctor hasn't received it yet, only for them to suddenly realise they did not check the detail fax report that it had failed. I am surprised they get away with such a service for a medical practise.

Unorganized service, admission doesn’t have enough knowledge of referral letters and the prices! I have been Looking for a car park over 20 minutes but realized they had clients carpark just when I arrived for appointment!

I had Ct scan in Harbour Radiology practice in Hoxton Park this afternoon. Staff were very friendly, very clean practice. Carpark next to practice and CT technician was very confident with examination.

I had arrived early, then I was asked to fill the usual first timer form, plus some more details about my Cov-19 status. It was brief, easy and clear. I had my MRI scan session and a few minutes later I received a copy on a CD. In a few words I would say that was a good and reassuring experience. Thanks to the whole performing team.
