This camera store probably has the best customer service in house and even online. They always reply promptly even during busy periods and are quick to assist you in store.

Props to Andrew for helping me sort out my gimbal purchase and now decided to go with the Zhiyun Weebill lab. Excited to get it! Bought a few things already from them like accessories and bags. Keep up the great work!

Slow customer service when my order took a week to arrive since they do not show actual stock on website. Did not keep promise about when it would ship after speaking over phone. Would not buy from here again

They were real busy but served me almost straightaway and I got the goods for about 75% the price of the next cheapest competitor. Couldn't even buy it that cheap from the States.

Went in with the intention of finding something decently priced in terms of lenses for my a6300. The staff member helping me (Elliot) presented a wide range of options for me to try out, and was incredibly accommodating (I tend to be a little indecisive). Left with a Sigma 16mm and a small gear bag and couldn't be more content.

Georges Cameras is absolutely amazing at what they do. As a customer who's been going there for over a year now, it's nice to know that each time I walk through the door I get the best customer experience ever. With the staff made up of passionate photographers and videographers, and the best prices available, George's is always my first choice for camera equipment

I made an order for Sony A7iii last 4 weeks ago and the guy who is working on that store said i need to wait 3 or 4 weeks. So i made a deposit and it is 4 weeks already and i didn't get this. I have to go back to my country for 3 months and i cannot do anything about this. They don't have responsibility for that. Digidirect is better than George.

Disappointing customer services! I ordered the Tamron 28-75mm E-mount lens from Georges Cameras website on August 10. It's been 10 days and the status of my order is still Processing. When I ordered the lens, there's no communication on the website which stated that the lens was out of stock, otherwise I would have ordered it from another retailer.

I would like to thank Adam on his exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond in helping me make an informed decision and took profound measures to find me solutions on what would be a difficult decision in my investment camera equipment. At the end I went back again and brought more stuff. I would also like to thank Mitch in follow up service as well.

George’s is the best place to shop for camera equipment. Are they busy all the time? Yes. Does it mean that sometimes it’s hard to get served? Maybe. But, have patience - if you do, you’ll get the best customer service of your life.

I’ve been shopping at George’s since I was in high school and I’ve continued to go there at different stages of my professional career.

A decade on, if something of mine breaks and they can spare the part, owner Elliott is happy to give me a hefty discount and has even been known to gift me a replacement on smaller items.

We’ve been tetchy with each other and we’ve laughed with each other; but rain or shine, they reward loyal customers with loyal support.

George’s is a family run business with real people. It beats the phonie nicesities you get from a larger retailer (where they don’t actually care about you).

Fletcher is pretty funny, too.

Great camera store with plenty of DSLR's, lenses, drones etc. They also run lots of (paid) courses with photographers on varying topics

They promise exchanges and then refuse to exchange for me. When I argued with them they simply called me rude and asked me to get out. I rate this shop as the most terrible place I have ever been in my life so far. The terrible customer service here is beyond my wildest imagination.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the customer service I’ve received from an employee last week by the name of Sarah was extremely exceptional. The knowledge and attentiveness from this individual has made my shopping experience an unforgettable one. I’ll be sure to come back here and seek Sarah for all my photography needs in the near future! I don’t care if I have to wait an hour until she finishes up with whoever she’s attending! Spent 4k on a camera here. Salesboy puts the hard sell on second battery which he tells me they can't deliver after doing tje business. "Will send battery as soon as it arrives. " 3 months later no battery. I have a long shoot and recall Georges took my money and delivered no battery. I come to shop to collect. Did they apologize for screwing me over? No. Did they demand a photo ID? Yes. This presumably in case I had murdered the 'real me' for the purpose of defrauding Georges. Good grief. I bought my first camera here 20 years ago and got bad service. I made the mistake of thinking it may have changed. All self-respecting AV professionals should avoid this place.

I wouldn’t go here if you were wanting professional service in both sales or repairs. The staff would rather not help you if physically possible. Although they got the job done it was still not a great experience. I think they need to re-visit the very basics of customer service skills.

I just bought a Nikon d800e with a very good deals, and for me Georges Cameras is the best camera shop in sydney with excellent service, good price and excellent products,
You might easy to find smart seller with a good product knowledges and will tell you all about the products specifications, but here they will tell you the plus minus between, and they will definitely help you to decide what you really needs,
So over all Georges Camera's definitely
Recommended!
