What a joke of a business, if you buy something and it's faulty you may as well throw it in the bin because they will not help you or replace anything.

Great Product and Terrific Prices but hopeless delivery times. I live on the outskirts of Sydney. It's been 12 days already and I've been told today it will be another 5. Time to get a proper freight forwarder perhaps.

Good prices, but beware that they use shipping agents like fastway that can take more than twice as long as their shipping policy states.

To be honest, i was a bit worried for nearly 2 weeks after ordering since there exists a forum where the majority of customers did not receive their items and gave extremely bad reviews, I did not know about it until after purchasing, however my items did arrive, and i could relax again. How is Warranty service? No Idea yet, I paid with Paypal, 6 months protection.

Terrible service, do not get anything fitted from here! - didn’t set up the stereo correctly, had no sound
- reverse camera not wired up correctly randomly comes on while you are driving
- lost pieces of my dash and then tell you they will fix it then ignore all your emails
- left cables and rubbish all over the car

Do yourself a favour buy the equipment and get a professional to fit it - these guys are jokes

Ordered a pioneer double din DVD player online. At $197 it was half price compared to everywhere else. Was dispatched promptly and delivered to my door in around the usual time it takes to get anything to WA these days. Overall was an easy, pleasant experience and I’d recommend them to anyone who wants name brand audio gear for budget prices. Cheers

Absolutely amazing service, from the beginning when I spoke to Ryan about purchasing a navigation system, right through to its installation. All of the staff were warm and friendly. After installation, I was given instructions for the use of the system.
While I was waiting, I was driven to Albion Park town to wait and picked up again when installation was done.
I cannot praise Frankies enough and would certainly recommend them.

Service was great transatitra was great, price was best I found, shipping left a bit to be desired, toll would be a better choice of courier.

Good prices and easy ordering experience. Post-sale communication was poor. No notification of shipping and very slow responses to email. Had to ring up to get tracking number. Have taken delivery of package and website order still says "Awaiting fulfilment".

After buying a head unit (that was on sale for half the price supercheap had it on sale for) was supposed to come with a fascia to fit our car, i rang up and Ryan from the Albion Park store got straight onto it, a $10 part on the truck that arvo and delivered to Sydney the next day. These guys are legends, 100% recommended

After contacting them multiple times after placing an order and not receiving it they could not tell me what was missing from the order, when it would arrive and when it would ship to me. Chat support is very bad and the person you are chatting to seems to disappear for 20+ minutes at a time while they "check things".

Unbelievable prices and received the items to my door 3 days after placing the order. Very greatful for the prompt response to messages. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using their service again
