Frankies Auto Electrics were an awesome company to deal with on-line. No trouble ordering what I wanted and at a very competitive price. It was quick to be dispatched and I received it in a timely manner. My only issue was the lack of dispatch notifications by their preferred dispatcher as one minute it was picked up and then a few days later to say it was being delivered that day without any real notice of expected delivery causing rearranging of appointments which could have bern avoided with simple updates by the dispatcher. Frankies for me was a 10 out of 10 for their service and pricing.

Had intermittent falt on dashcam would not play up all time but they found fault and fixed

We purchased car stereo several years ago from Frankies & due to some other work done on our vehicle there were issues with the stereo - we took it back to Frankies to see what they could do and they had the issue fixed very quickly and did not charge us for the work they did.
We would highly recommend them.

Returned item that i was told i needed but didn't. Followed all their return policy procedures, and after numerous attempts, finally got my refund. It took many weeks. Quite happy to take your money but very, very slow to refund it. Probably won't buy from there again regardless of cheaper prices. Better off to go into a local store face to face even if it's dearer.
