Absolutely terrible customer service.
You will never receive a refund if they mess up.
Definitely avoid at all cost.

Frankies Albion Park Rail supplied and installed my head unit, reversing camera & new speakers for me.
I received fantastic advice, everything from the cheapest to the most expensive unit was explained and pros & cons outlined for each one. At no time was I pressured into a particular one.
They listened to what I needed and wanted and showed me what my choices were.
Booking in & getting the work done was hassle free and they spent plenty of time showing me the basics of how to use my new system even though it was after closing time by the time the store had cleared enough for them to do it.
The quality of the installation is flawless. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Frankies has to be one of the best in the business when it comes to auto electrical. He’s true and honest about what your car really needs and works with u if on a budget. I have brought my 2011 Lancer multiple times for maintenance here and will never go anywhere else. I will always count on him to keep me on the road.

Purchased a Redarc Battery isolator kit in October 2021 ($311) it arrived damaged, so I contacted them for replacement to which they agreed, upon receiving the faulty product back to their warehouse. I posted this back at my OWN cost, which they promised to refund, and I am yet to see the money. It took them a month to process the replacement and eventually posted the new item on the 18th of November 2021. It is now late January 2022 and I am still yet to receive the parcel. I have contacted them 20+ times to find this parcel, to which they say “we’ll contact Aramex” and then receive no reply again until I initiate conversation again.
I have now asked for full refund multiple times, which their response is “we can travel that path when we find out where the parcel is”.

This is by FAR the worst shopping experience I have ever had, and plan to take this further.
Do yourself a favour and avoid Frankie’s Auto Electrics at all costs.

Purchased battery online. It turned up damaged with plastic cracked. I was eventually ingnored by my email requests. Don’t purchase online. They use the useless unresponsive company Aramex for deliveries. Problem eventually sorted when I returned the battery in store for exchange myself.

Provided helpful information in selecting the right audio equipment for my car before making the pruchase.

I ordered a radio install kit from Frankie’s on the 11th of November. I then emailed and asked how long fulfilment would take once paid, only to have no response from them.

I subsequently called and spoke to someone who told me it would be fulfilled once payment is received. It’s now three weeks since payment and I have heard nothing, the online system simply says ‘awaiting fulfilment’.

I have called twice today and been promised a call back both times. I have received no call back and have had to call back myself.

I’ve given up and I would recommend anyone else considering ordering from here to shop elsewhere instead.

You will see many reviews saying the same thing about online orders below. I only wish I had read them first.

I ordered an electrical part for my car and it came broken, it’s taken 2 months for them to give me a refund, still haven’t heard anything won’t be shopping with them again

No customer service at all. I placed an order and it has been pending for a month. Contacted customer service and the conversation was dropped after asking for a refund. So now I'm out of pocket and haven't even received the product I ordered.

I was a little worried about how long it would take to receive my order after reading some of the reviews. But it arrived in less than 4 days!
Will buy parts from Frankies again.
